Bantamweight – Main Event:
Song Yadong enters this headline clash holding a UFC record of 11 wins, 4 losses and 1 draw. The Chinese contender remains one of the division’s most dangerous strikers with explosive power, sharp boxing and improving composure across five round contests.
He heads into this matchup after suffering a unanimous decision defeat to Sean O’Malley in January 2026. Prior to that he secured an impressive decision victory over Henry Cejudo after an earlier loss to Petr Yan and a decision triumph over Chris Gutierrez.
Deiveson Figueiredo arrives in Macau with a tally of 14 wins, 6 losses and 1 draw under the promotion. The former champion has carried his dangerous finishing ability into the bantamweight division with his aggressive striking and elite submission threat continuing to trouble opponents despite struggling to remain in the winning column lately.
He most recently suffered a unanimous decision defeat to Umar Nurmagomedov in January 2026 after previously edging Montel Jackson via split decision but before that he was stopped by Cory Sandhagen and dropped a decision against Petr Yan.

PREDICTION:
Song possesses the youth, speed and volume advantage while Figueiredo remains dangerous whenever exchanges become chaotic. The Brazilian’s experience against elite opposition cannot be ignored but his durability at bantamweight has looked vulnerable against quicker opponents. I am expecting Song to control the striking exchanges over the rounds and secure a decision victory.

ZHANG MINGYANG vs ALONZO MENIFIELD
Light Heavyweight – Main Card Bout:
Zhang Mingyang comes into this matchup with a professional record of 3 wins and 1 loss. The Chinese light heavyweight has made a major impression early in his UFC run due to his explosive knockout power and aggressive forward pressure.
He suffered his first UFC defeat in August 2025 when Johnny Walker stopped him in the second round by knockout, however, this came after three consecutive first round knockout victories over Anthony Smith, Ozzy Diaz and Brendson Ribeiro.
Alonzo Menifield possesses a resume of 10 wins, 6 losses and 1 draw. The experienced American combines dangerous striking power with strong physicality although inconsistency has prevented him from putting together a sustained run in the division.
Menifield’s last action saw him suffer a first round knockout defeat to Volkan Oezdemir in November 2025 after earlier decision victories over Oumar Sy and Julius Walker.

PREDICTION:
Both fighters carry serious knockout power and this matchup has all the ingredients for a fast paced finish. Mingyang has looked extremely dangerous early in fights while Menifield has shown vulnerability against aggressive strikers in recent years. I believe Mingyang’s pressure and finishing ability will prove decisive as he claims another knockout victory within the opening two rounds.
SERGEI PAVLOVICH vs TALLISON TEIXEIRA
Heavyweight – Main Card Bout:
Sergei Pavlovich enters this clash holding a UFC record of 8 wins and 3 losses. The Russian heavyweight remains one of the most feared punchers in the institution and has built his reputation through explosive first round finishes against elite opposition.
He heads into this contest after back-to-back decision victories over Waldo Cortes Acosta and Jairzinho Rozenstruik during 2025. Before that he suffered defeats to Alexander Volkov and Tom Aspinall but had earlier picked up six first round finishes in a row.
Tallison Teixeira enters the octagon this weekend having fought three times of which he has won 2 and lost 1. The Brazilian has quickly gained attention for his aggressive style and finishing power despite still being early into his UFC career.
Teixeira most recently earned a unanimous decision victory over Tai Tuivasa in February 2026 after previously suffering a rapid knockout loss to Derrick Lewis in July 2025 although this followed a stoppage win Justin Tafa in just thirty five seconds.

PREDICTION:
Pavlovich possesses far greater experience against elite heavyweights and his striking remains among the most dangerous in the UFC. Teixeira certainly carries knockout power of his own but he has not yet faced someone with Pavlovich’s calibre. I am expecting Pavlovich to force exchanges early and secure a knockout victory inside the distance.
