CONOR MCGREGOR vs MAX HOLLOWAY
Welterweight – Main Event:
Conor McGregor enters this headline contest holding a UFC record of 10 wins and 4 losses. The former two division champion remains one of the biggest stars in the sport thanks to his devastating knockout power and elite counter striking, although long periods of inactivity have raised questions about whether he can still perform at the highest level.
He comes into this matchup after suffering consecutive defeats to Dustin Poirier in 2021, first by knockout before losing via doctor’s stoppage after breaking his leg in their trilogy bout. Prior to those setbacks he produced a spectacular 40-second knockout victory over Donald Cerrone but had previously suffered a submission defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov after capturing the lightweight title with a knockout victory over Eddie Alvarez.
Max Holloway arrives with an outstanding resume of 22 wins and 9 defeats within the promotion with his experience dating back to 2012. The former featherweight champion has built a reputation as one of the greatest volume strikers in UFC history and continues to compete against the very best across multiple weight classes.
His latest appearance resulted in a unanimous decision defeat to Charles Oliveira in March 2026 for the BMF belt after previously defeating Dustin Poirier over five rounds in their trilogy bout. Before that he suffered a knockout loss to Ilia Topuria but had recorded impressive victories over Justin Gaethje, Chan Sung Jung and Arnold Allen prior to that.

McGregor 3.00
Holloway 1.43
PREDICTION:
McGregor’s power always gives him a chance, particularly in the opening rounds and at a heavier weight class but returning against an opponent of Holloway’s calibre after such a lengthy absence is an enormous challenge. Holloway’s pace, durability and five-round experience should gradually take over as the fight progresses. I expect Holloway to weather the early danger before pulling away to earn a late knockout victory.

BENOIT SAINT DENIS vs PADDY PIMBLETT
Lightweight – Co-Main Event:
Benoit Saint Denis enters this contest holding a record of 9 wins and 3 losses under the organisation. The Frenchman has become one of the lightweight division’s most aggressive finishers, combining relentless pressure with dangerous submission skills and powerful striking.
He comes into this matchup after recording back-to-back knockout victories over Dan Hooker and Beneil Dariush following submission wins against Mauricio Ruffy and Kyle Prepolec. Prior to that he suffered consecutive defeats to Renato Moicano and Dustin Poirier but had previously built momentum with 5 straight stoppage wins.
Paddy Pimblett arrives with a UFC tally of 7 wins and 1 defeat. The popular Englishman has continued to prove his doubters wrong with several impressive performances, showcasing an improving all round game and dangerous finishing instinct when the fight reaches the canvas.
His latest appearance resulted in a unanimous decision defeat to Justin Gaethje in his first UFC title challenge after previously stopping Michael Chandler by knockout. Before that he submitted King Green, defeated Tony Ferguson by decision and also earned victories over Jared Gordon, Jordan Leavitt, Kazula Vargas and Luigi Vendramini.

Saint Denis 1.73
Pimblett 2.15
PREDICTION:
Both men thrive in chaotic exchanges, making this one of the most intriguing fights on the card. Pimblett possesses excellent grappling but Saint Denis applies relentless pressure and has consistently faced tougher opposition in recent years. I expect Saint Denis to overwhelm Pimblett during the later rounds and secure a stoppage victory after landing a few brutal blows.
CORY SANDHAGEN vs MARIO BAUTISTA 2
Bantamweight – Main Card Bout:
Cory Sandhagen enters the octagon with 16 UFC fight behind him of which he has won 11 and lost the remaining 5. The American contender remains one of the division’s most technically gifted strikers, mixing movement and high fight IQ against top competition.
He comes into this bout after losing a unanimous decision to Merab Dvalishvili in his title challenge during October 2025. Before that he knocked out Deiveson Figueiredo after earlier suffering a decision defeat to Umar Nurmagomedov although previous victories over Rob Font, Marlon Vera and Song Yadong had established his place among the division’s elite.
Mario Bautista arrives with an impressive UFC record of 11 wins and 3 defeats. The American has quietly put together one of the strongest winning runs in the bantamweight division despite a minor setback in 2025 thanks to his balanced skill set and excellent grappling.
His latest appearance resulted in a second-round submission victory over Vinicius Oliveira after previously losing a decision to Umar Nurmagomedov. Before that he earned victories over Patchy Mix, Jose Aldo, Ricky Simon, Da’Mon Blackshear, Guido Cannetti, Benito Lopez and Brian Kelleher.

Sandhagen 1.69
Bautista 2.20
PREDICTION:
Bautista has developed into a genuine contender and enters with plenty of momentum but Sandhagen’s experience against the division’s best fighters should prove decisive. His movement, striking variety and ability to manage range make him a difficult puzzle to solve and I am expecting Sandhagen to control the contest over three rounds and earn a unanimous decision victory.
SUGGESTED BETS:
McGregor vs Holloway
Max Holloway by KO at 1.91
Saint Denis vs Pimblett
Benoit Saint Denis by KO at 4.00
Sandhagen vs Bautista
Cory Sandhagen by Decision at 2.80
