Napoli v AS Roma
Napoli are ninth on the table with ten points from their opening seven matches, having recorded three victories, one draw and three defeats.
They have scored ten goals and conceded seven. Napoli suffered a disappointing 1-0 away defeat against Venezia last time out, having previously beaten Frosinone 3-0 at home.
Their midweek Champions League encounter also ended in defeat, with Napoli going down 3-1 away to Villarreal.
AS Roma occupy third position with 17 points after winning five and drawing two of their opening seven league matches.
They have scored 16 goals while conceding only three, giving them the strongest defensive record in Serie A.
Roma recorded a comfortable 2-0 home victory over Genoa in their latest league outing, having previously drawn 0-0 away to Como. They were involved in a thrilling Champions League match last week but suffered a 4-3 home defeat against Real Madrid.
Head-to-Head
Napoli are unbeaten in the last five meetings between the sides, recording two victories and three draws.
Looking further back, Roma have won only one of the last ten league encounters against Napoli.

Verdict
Napoli have home advantage and an excellent recent record in this fixture, but their inconsistent start makes them difficult to support with confidence.
Roma have been the stronger side this season and have conceded only three goals in seven league matches. Their defensive stability could prove decisive against a Napoli team coming off consecutive defeats across league and European competition.
At 2.45, the visitors offer enough value to justify backing them to collect all three points.

Inter lead the Serie A standings with 19 points from seven matches. They remain unbeaten in the league after recording six victories and one draw.
The league leaders have scored 21 goals and conceded nine, making them the most productive attacking side in the competition.
Inter beat Bologna 3-1 away from home in their latest league fixture, having previously recorded a comfortable 3-0 home victory over Parma.
They were beaten 4-3 at home by Club Brugge in the Champions League during the week, however, and will be looking for a strong response.
Fiorentina are 19th on the table after collecting only four points from their opening seven matches.
They have won once, drawn once and lost five times, scoring eight goals and conceding 17. Fiorentina suffered a 3-2 away defeat against AC Milan last time out, having previously recorded their first victory of the season by beating Genoa 2-1.
Head-to-Head
Inter have won six of the last ten meetings between the sides across all competitions, with Fiorentina winning twice and the other two matches ending in draws.
Inter recorded a 3-0 home victory when the sides met at the San Siro last season, while the reverse encounter finished 1-1.

Verdict
Inter are worthy favourites, but the straight home victory is too short to appeal.
The league leaders have scored three or more goals in five of their seven Serie A matches, while Fiorentina have conceded 17 times and are coming off a 3-2 defeat against AC Milan.
Inter should be capable of returning to winning ways in a match that produces at least three goals, making the combined result-and-goals market the preferred option.

Udinese are 17th on the table with four points from seven matches.
They have recorded one victory, one draw and five defeats, scoring nine goals and conceding 16.
Udinese have now lost five consecutive league matches. They suffered a 3-0 home defeat against Lecce last time out, having previously gone down 2-1 away to Torino.
AC Milan occupy fourth position with 15 points from seven matches. They remain unbeaten after recording four victories and three draws.
Milan have scored 14 goals and conceded seven. Their latest result was a 3-2 home victory over Atalanta, while their previous league match ended in a 1-1 draw away to Sassuolo.
Head-to-Head
The away team won both league meetings last season by the same 3-0 scoreline. AC Milan won 3-0 at Udinese before Udinese produced a surprise 3-0 victory at the San Siro.
Six of the last eight meetings between the teams have produced over 2.5 goals.

Verdict
AC Milan are unbeaten in Serie A and face an Udinese side that has lost five consecutive matches and conceded 16 goals this season.
Udinese have conceded at least twice in four of those five defeats, while Milan’s latest match produced a 3-2 victory over Atalanta. The head-to-head record also points towards goals, with six of the last eight meetings producing over 2.5.
Milan should take advantage of Udinese’s defensive problems, and I am backing the visitors to win a match featuring at least three goals.
