Brentford vs West Ham
Brentford sit 9th on the table with 48 points after 34 matches and have been competitive throughout the campaign. They have recorded thirteen wins, nine draws and twelve defeats while registering 49 goals and allowing 46 past the keeper and they average 2.8 goals per game in total.
Their recent form has been steady but far from spectacular. They suffered a 2-1 defeat away to Manchester United in their latest outing after playing out a 0-0 draw with Fulham while prior to that they shared 2-2 results against Everton and Wolves.
West Ham occupy 17th position on the standings with 36 points from 34 fixtures and remain under pressure near the lower end of the table. They have managed nine wins, nine draws and suffered sixteen defeats, producing 42 goals while shipping 58.
Their recent performances have shown improvement. They secured a crucial 2-1 home victory over Everton last time out after a 0-0 draw away to Crystal Palace and before that they recorded an emphatic 4-0 win against Wolves.
Head-to-Head
Brentford have had the edge in recent meetings, winning the reverse fixture 2-0 earlier this season and also securing a 1-0 victory away last term, while the last clash at this venue ended in a 1-1 draw. Their most recent meeting came in the FA Cup in March where West Ham won 3-2.

Brentford 2.00
Draw 3.85
West Ham 3.65
Verdict
Brentford have been involved in a number of draws recently but remain difficult to break down while West Ham have shown signs of life going forward. This points towards a tight encounter where both sides can contribute but I am picking Brentford to get the job done at home.

In midweek they played out a 1-1 1st leg draw at Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals.
Fulham occupy 10th position on the log with 48 points from 34 games and have delivered a mixed campaign. They have earned fourteen wins, six draws and settled for fourteen defeats currently holding a goal difference of -2.

Head-to-Head
Arsenal have dominated this fixture historically, winning the majority of recent encounters including a 1-0 victory in the reverse fixture earlier this season and a 2-1 win in the last meeting at on Arsenal soil.

Arsenal 1.44
Draw 4.75
Fulham 7.25
Verdict
Arsenal boast an excellent defensive record while Fulham have been inconsistent away from home. The hosts should have too much quality across the pitch and I believe they will take all three points, although with one eye on the 2nd leg of their Champions Cup semi and potentially some tired legs I think it will be more workmanlike than spectacular.
