The South African Premier League continues on Saturday with three matches, and we take a closer look at each of them from a betting angle.
Chippa United v Kruger United
Chippa United are currently ninth on the log, having recorded one victory, one defeat and five draws from their opening seven matches.
Their first victory of the season came last time out when they beat TS Galaxy 1-0 on the road. Before that result, Chippa had played out three successive draws.
Under 2.5 goal backers have collected in six of Chippa United’s seven league matches this season.
Kruger United are 13th on the table, four points behind Chippa. They have also won only once, drawing one and losing five of their opening seven matches.
They suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Stellenbosch last time out. That result followed their only victory of the season, a 1-0 win over TS Galaxy.
Head-to-Head
There is no previous head-to-head form between these sides.

Chippa United 2.50
Draw 3.15
Kruger United 3.15
Verdict
Chippa United are still searching for their first home victory of the season, but this looks like a good opportunity to break that duck.
The hosts should take confidence from their victory over TS Galaxy, while Kruger United have already suffered five defeats. I am backing Chippa to secure another narrow win.
BET: Chippa United to Win at 2.50
Golden Arrows v Milford
Golden Arrows are eighth on the log with only one victory from their opening seven matches. They have also recorded five draws and suffered one defeat.
Arrows played out a goalless home draw against Kaizer Chiefs last time out, having previously drawn 1-1 away to Siwelele.
Milford have been one of the surprise packages of the PSL season and currently occupy fifth position with 12 points.
They are four points ahead of Golden Arrows, although they have played one additional match.
Milford drew 1-1 at home to Durban City in their latest outing. Before that, they recorded an emphatic 5-1 home victory over Richards Bay.
Their away record is far less impressive. Milford are without a victory in four matches on the road, taking only two points from a possible 12. More concerningly, they have yet to score an away league goal this season.
Head-to-Head
The sides met in a club friendly in July, with Milford recording a 1-0 away victory.
Their only other meeting came in the Nedbank Cup in 2016, when Golden Arrows won 2-1.

Golden Arrows 2.10
Draw 3.25
Milford 4.00
Verdict
Milford have made a strong start to life in the PSL, but their away record is difficult to ignore.
They have yet to win or score on the road this season, while Golden Arrows have lost only once in seven matches. Arrows have drawn too many games, but I fancy them to make home advantage count and collect all three points.
BET: Golden Arrows to Win at 2.10

Sekhukhune United v Marumo Gallants
Sekhukhune United are sixth on the table with 11 points from their opening seven matches.
They are unbeaten in their last three league encounters and recorded a 3-2 away victory over Richards Bay last time out.
Marumo Gallants sit at the bottom of the table with only two points from seven matches.
They have scored five goals and conceded 13, while they remain in search of their first victory of the campaign.
Gallants suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Orlando Pirates in their latest outing. Before that, they went down 1-0 away to AmaZulu.
Head-to-Head
Both Premiership meetings between the sides last season finished 1-1.
Sekhukhune United completed the league double over Marumo Gallants during the previous season.

Marumo Gallants 6.00
Verdict
It is difficult to look past Sekhukhune United in this encounter.
The hosts are unbeaten in three matches, while Gallants remain winless and have failed to score in their last two outings. Rather than taking the short-priced home victory, I am backing Sekhukhune to win without conceding.
