MAGOMED ANKALAEV vs BOGDAN GUSKOV
Light Heavyweight – Main Event:
Magomed Ankalaev enters this headline contest holding an outstanding UFC record of 12 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw and 1 no contest. The former light heavyweight champion established himself as one of the division’s elite competitors through his calculated striking, exceptional composure and well rounded skillset while putting together one of the longest unbeaten runs in the weight class between 2018 and 2025.
He comes into this matchup following a first-round knockout defeat to Alex Pereira in October 2025 after previously claiming the light heavyweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Pereira earlier that year. Before that he recorded dominant decision victories over Aleksandar Rakic and Thiago Santos while also stopping Johnny Walker and Anthony Smith inside the distance.
Bogdan Guskov arrives with an impressive UFC tally of 4 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw. The Uzbek powerhouse has quickly emerged as a dangerous contender thanks to his explosive knockout power and aggressive fighting style, with the majority of his victories inside the Octagon coming before the final bell.
His latest appearance resulted in a draw against former champion Jan Blachowicz in December 2025 after a first-round knockout victory over Nikita Krylov. Before that he submitted Billy Elekana following another stoppage victory against Ryan Spann, with his only UFC defeat coming against Volkan Oezdemir in his promotional debut.

Ankalaev 1.16
Guskov 5.75
PREDICTION:
Guskov possesses genuine knockout power and has impressed throughout his UFC run but this represents a significant step up in class. Ankalaev has consistently performed against championship-level opposition and remains one of the most complete light heavyweights in the world. I expect the former champion to control the range, neutralise Guskov’s early aggression and eventually secure a late stoppage victory.
STEVE ERCEG vs RAMAZAN TEMIROV
Flyweight – Co-Main Event:
Steve Erceg enters this matchup holding a record of 5 wins and 3 losses inside the organisation. The Australian has already challenged for UFC gold and continues to put himself among the division’s leading contenders through his technical boxing, durability and solid cardio.
He comes into this matchup following consecutive unanimous decision victories over Tim Elliott and Ode’ Osbourne after previously suffering defeats against Brandon Moreno, Kai Kara-France and Alexandre Pantoja. Before those setbacks he recorded impressive victories over Matt Schnell, Alessandro Costa and David Dvorak during his run to the title shot against Pantoja.
Ramazan Temirov arrives in Abu Dhabi with a flawless UFC resume of 2 wins and no losses. The Uzbek prospect has made an immediate impact inside the promotion thanks to his aggressive striking style and ability to dictate the pace from the opening bell.
His latest appearance resulted in a unanimous decision victory over Charles Johnson after previously knocking out CJ Vergara in the first round during his UFC debut. Temirov now faces the toughest challenge of his career against a proven contender with championship experience despite entering as the slight favourite.

Erceg 2.05
Temirov 1.83
PREDICTION:
Temirov has looked excellent during his first two UFC appearances but Erceg has competed against the very best flyweights in the division. His experience over five rounds and technical advantages should prove decisive across three rounds. I expect Erceg to control the fight with his boxing and earn a unanimous decision victory.

ISLAM DULATOV vs WELLINGTON TURMAN
Welterweight – Main Card Bout:
Islam Dulatov enters the event after a perfect start in the UFC holding a 1-0 record. The unbeaten German prospect announced himself in spectacular fashion by earning a first-round knockout in his promotional debut after previously securing a UFC contract with another first-round finish on Dana White’s Contender Series.
He comes into this bout following a first-round knockout victory over Adam Fugitt in July 2025 after stopping Vanilto Antunes inside the opening round on Dana White’s Contender Series.
Wellington Turman arrives with 9 fights behind him under the promotion of which he has won 3 and lost 6. The Brazilian has shown flashes of his grappling ability throughout his time in the promotion but has struggled for consistency when he is matched with a higher level opponent.
His latest appearance resulted in a submission defeat to Jared Gooden after previous losses against Randy Brown and Andre Petroski. Before that he recorded victories over Misha Cirkunov, Sam Alvey and Markus Perez but now faces another dangerous up and coming contender.

Dulatov 1.08
Turman 9.00
PREDICTION:
Turman has valuable UFC experience and possesses a capable submission game but Dulatov has looked outstanding since arriving in the promotion. His speed, power and confidence should allow him to dictate the exchanges from the opening round. I expect Dulatov to continue his impressive start with another knockout victory inside the first round.
