Lazio have had a decent season and sit 8th on the log with 7 points from the last 9 they have played for. Last time out they beat Cremonese 2-1 on the road.
Inter have run away with the Serie A Title and sit 12 points clear of Napoli who are 2nd. They are undefeated in their last 7 League games and beat Parma 2-0 at home in their last start .
Head-to-Head
Inter won the reverse fixture 2-0 earlier this season and hammered Lazio 6-0 away from home last season.

Verdict
With no pressure on Inter, I think they might drop their intensity slightly which will be enough for Lazio to pick up a point.

Lecce are currently 17th on the log and are not quite safe from relegation. They broke a 6-match run without a victory when they beat Pisa 2-1 away in their last start, a much needed 3 pointer.
Juventus are 4th on the table, and they have run into form late in the season and are undefeated in their last 9 League games. They were disappointing last time out when 1/5 favourites and were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Verona.

AC Milan are 3rd on the table, and they have only won of their last 5 matches, losing 3 and drawing 1. They were beaten 2-0 away from home at Sassuolo in their last start, and they have drawn to Juventus and lost to Udinese in their last two home games.
Atalanta are 7th on the log and are without a win in their last 4 starts and they are coming off a goalless draw at home to Genoa in their last match. Their last away game was a 3-2 defeat at Cagliari.
