Round 10 of the 2026 Super Rugby Pacific season features five matches across Friday and Saturday, headlined by a top-of-the-table clash between the Chiefs and Hurricanes in Hamilton. We preview each fixture and make a few suggested bets.

FRIDAY
Blues v Highlanders — Click here to bet
The Blues are third on 25 points with five wins from eight. They beat Moana Pasifika 43-7 at home, won 35-20 at the Waratahs, hammered the Fijian Drua 40-15 at home, and lost 19-42 at the Hurricanes last weekend.
The Highlanders are seventh on 15 points. They lost 18-29 at the Crusaders, were thumped 7-50 at home by the Hurricanes, beat Moana Pasifika 39-19 away, and lost 10-14 at home to the Brumbies last weekend.
Head-to-Head
The Blues have dominated this fixture, winning four of the last five. They won 47-13 and 16-9 at home and 37-29 away and put 60-20 on the Highlanders away earlier in that run. The Highlanders only recent win was 29-21 at home in February 2025.
Betting and Verdict
The Blues are 1.14 to win, the Highlanders are 7.00. The draw is at 41.00. The handicap is Blues −15.5 at 1.95.
The Blues have been outstanding at home and the Highlanders only decent result in a month was a win at bottom-placed Moana Pasifika. Covering 15.5 at Eden Park looks very achievable.

Waratahs v Moana Pasifika — Click here to bet
The Waratahs are eighth on 14 points and have lost four of their last five, including a 20-35 home loss to the Blues, a 30-28 win at the Brumbies, and a 14-42 defeat at the Chiefs.
Moana Pasifika are bottom on four points and have lost all five recent matches heavily, 7-43 at the Blues, 21-50 to the Crusaders, 19-39 to the Highlanders, and 17-62 at the Chiefs last weekend.
Head-to-Head
Moana Pasifika have won three of the last four meetings, including 45-28 and 27-12 at home, and 33-24 at the Waratahs in June 2023. The Waratahs’ only recent win came 26-20 at home in May 2022.
Betting and Verdict
The Waratahs are 1.08 to win, Moana Pasifika are 10.00. The draw is 46.00. The handicap is Waratahs −21.5 at 1.91.
Moana’s form is woeful but their H2H record against the Waratahs is surprisingly strong, and 21.5 is a lot for a Waratahs side that has lost four of five.

SATURDAY
Chiefs v Hurricanes — Click here to bet
The Chiefs are second on 27 points. They lost 24-33 at the Brumbies, won 24-14 at the Western Force, beat the Waratahs 42-14 at home, and thumped Moana Pasifika 62-17 at home last weekend.
The Hurricanes top the table on 30 points and have won five straight, beating the Western Force 31-23 at home, hammering the Highlanders 50-7 away, winning 52-14 at home over the Reds, and beating the Blues 42-19 at home last weekend.
Head-to-Head
The Chiefs have only beaten the Hurricanes in two of the last five meetings between the two sides, with the Hurricanes winning the other three. The last time the two sides met, the Hurricanes won the match 35-17 at home.
Betting and Verdict
The Chiefs are 1.80 to win, the Hurricanes are 2.20 with the draw at 26.00. The handicap is Chiefs −1.5 at 1.91.
This is the match of the round, first versus second. The Chiefs have owned this fixture in Waikato, but with the Hurricanes on a five-match winning run the +1.5 feels right.

Brumbies v Fijian Drua — Click here to bet
The Brumbies are fourth on 24 points. They lost 27-42 away to Fijian Drua, beat the Chiefs 33-24 at home, lost 28-30 at home to the Waratahs, and won 14-10 at the Highlanders last weekend.
The Fijian Drua are ninth on 12 points. They beat the Brumbies 42-27 at home, lost 6-21 at home to the Reds, were hammered 15-40 at the Blues and 26-69 at the Crusaders, and edged the Western Force 24-22 at home last weekend.
Head-to-Head
The Brumbies have won four of the last five – 43-28, 28-20 and 38-21 all at home, and 36-32 in Fiji in February 2025. The Drua’s only win came 42-27 in Fiji last month.
Betting and Verdict
The Brumbies are 1.04 to win, the Fijian Drua are 14.00 and the draw is 61.00. The handicap is Brumbies −23.5 at 1.91.
The Brumbies have dominated at home, but recent Canberra meetings were decided by 8, 17 and 15 points. 23.5 is a lot to cover against a Drua side that has just won well although is well known for battling on the road.

Western Force v Crusaders — Click here to bet
The Western Force are tenth on 10 points. They lost 23-31 at the Hurricanes, lost 14-24 at home to the Chiefs, won 42-19 at the Reds, and lost 24-22 at the Fijian Drua last weekend.
The Crusaders are sixth on 20 points. They beat the Highlanders 29-18 at home, thumped Moana Pasifika 50-21 away, hammered the Fijian Drua 69-26 at home, and lost 26-31 at the Reds last weekend.
Head-to-Head
The Crusaders have won four of the last five, including 55-33 and 48-13 at home, 53-15 away in May 2022, and 29-21 at home in 2021. The Force’s only win was 37-15 at home in April 2024.
Betting and Verdict
The Western Force are 2.70 to win, the Crusaders are 1.56 with the draw priced at 26.00. The handicap is Crusaders −4.5 at 1.87.
The Force have won just one of their last five and the Crusaders have won four of the last five H2H, scoring 50 or more three times. The Crusaders should have too much even on the road.
