South Africa and the West Indies meet in the 3rd and final ODI in Potchefstroom on Tuesday and the Proteas need to win the match to level the series
The 1st ODI in East London was rained out, but there was plenty of action in the 2nd ODI on Saturday when the West Indies won the toss and elected to bat first. They got off to a quick start losing their first wicket in the 9th over with 67 on the board and they kicked on nicely from there to score 335 for 8 in their 50 overs with Shai Hope, the Captain not out on 128 off 115 Balls.
For the Proteas, Gerald Coetzee delivered on our Top Bowler bet, taking 3 for 57 in his 10 overs. There were 2 wickets apiece for Fortuin and Shamsi.
South Africa were bowled out for 287 in the 42nd over with only Temba Bavuma standing firm with his 144 off 118 balls. Quinton de Kock did get 48 off 26 at the top of the innings, but after that there was precious little from the South African batting line-up and the West Indies won by 48 runs.
As far as the West Indies bowlers go, Alzarri Joseph got 3 for 53 in 8.4 overs and Akeal Hosein 3 for 59 in his 10.

South Africa 4/11
West Indies 9/4
Despite the loss in the 2nd ODI South Africa are still very short priced favourites and I am not going to get involved in the outright result, but will look to some of the other markets on offer.
Suggested Bet: Top South African Bowler, Gerald Coetzee at 95/40
I am happy to row in with Coetzee again as he is just one of those bowlers who keeps on coming hard at you and puts himself in with a chance of getting wickets.
Suggested Bet: West Indies Batsman to score the most 6’s, Kyle Mayers at 9/2
Mayers is a bit hit and miss at the top of the innings, but for a bet like this I feel we are getting a good price. He got 2 6’s in the 2nd ODI and if he can stay at the crease a bit longer he can certainly add to this.
Suggested Bet: Most 6’s, West Indies at 10/11
West Indies have more players in their team that deal in maximums and although they only edged South Africa by a single 6 in the last ODI I feel they should be slightly shorter price favourites in this market.
