Their latest outing ended in a narrow 2-1 defeat away to Sekhukhune United, extending their losing run in the league to three matches. That followed a 2-0 home loss against Orlando Pirates and a 1-0 defeat away to AmaZulu.
Siwelele secured their first league victory of the campaign by edging Polokwane City 1-0 in their most recent appearance. That result lifted them to 14th position with six points from eight fixtures, having netted 7 goals while allowing 13 in at the other end.
Their victory followed a 1-1 home draw against Golden Arrows, giving Siwelele four points from their last two league matches. Those results have provided some encouragement after consecutive away defeats against Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns, losing 3-2 and 3-0 respectively.

Verdict:
Siwelele arrive with some momentum after collecting four points from their last two league fixtures. Their victory over Polokwane City also brought a welcome clean sheet, although their recent away defeats suggest they still have work to do on their travels.
Marumo Gallants have home advantage, but their winless start makes them difficult to support with confidence. They have remained competitive in several matches, yet conceding in each of their last five league outings has limited their chances of turning those performances into points.
The previous meetings have been tight and another closely contested encounter looks likely. Siwelele have shown signs of improvement but with both sides still struggling for consistency, I am backing them to share the spoils.
