Tuesday was a rest day for the riders and stage 11 on Wednesday the 16th of July marks the restart of the Tour. Riders will be departing and finishing in Toulouse, a stage of 156.8 km which while it looks flat has a number of short, sharp climbs in the run in to the finish and this one may be better suited to a classics rider than a pure sprinter.
Stage 10 Review
Simon Yates launched a powerful solo attack near the base of the final climb and went on to take the victory. Thymen Arensman took 2nd place with Ben Healy in 3rd moving him into the Yellow Jersey.
Behind it was a stalemate between Pogacar and Vingegaard as both eye Thursday’s mountain top finish.
Outright Markets Update
Ben Healy leads Pogacar by 29 seconds and Evenepoel is a further minute back in 3rd 17 seconds ahead of Vingegaard in 4th.

Stage Profile
The mostly flat stage is anything but straightforward as it has five categorized climbs in the closing 46 km, including the punishing Côte de Pech David which is 0.8 km at 12.4%, just 8-9 km from the line.
Stage 11 – What to Expect
It is unlikely we will get a full bunch sprint but the likes of Milan will be hoping to make it to the finish.
It will be interesting to see how big the battle is to go into the break as there are not that many teams that would fancy controlling a chase.
EF will ride for Healy but they will be hoping to let a non-threatening break pull clear.
