Alexander Volkanovski is a fighter from Australia with ample UFC experience due to his career dating back to 2016. He has been incredibly successful and after stepping in the octagon 16 times he has 13 wins and just 3 losses.
He started his professional run with a 12-fight win streak before he lost to Islam Makhachev in 2023. Of the 16 fights, 9 have been title fights of which he has won 6 and lost 3. He comes into this fight off two losses with the first to Makhachev in October 2023.
His most recent meeting was a title fight with Ilia Topuria in February last year when he lost by round 2 knockout.
Diego Lopes is a Brazilian, well-balanced fighter who has quickly climbed the ranks after losing his debut fight in 2023. Since then, he has fought 5 times and won all of them with 3 finishes and 2 decision wins.
He comes into this fight on superb form, and he will look to increase his winning streak and pick up the title on Sunday. The last time he took part in a fight was in September when he encountered Brian Ortega and beat him by decision after 3 rounds.

MICHAEL CHANDLER vs PADDY PIMBLETT
Lightweight Co-Main Event:
Micheal Chandler is a well-known striker from America who has had a short but exciting UFC career. He has fought 6 fights and although his record of 2 wins and 4 losses does not seem impressive, he has fought against the best there is in every fight.
It is also important that he was given a title shot in his 2nd fight for the UFC, where he unfortunately lost to Charles Oliveira. His last fight was in November, also against Oliviera when they met for the second time and Chandler lost by decision.
Paddy Pimblett, fighting out of England, is a talented grappler and striker but he can also go the distance when needed. He has fought 6 times since making his debut in 2021 and he has a flawless record of 6-0.
Of his 6 fights he has finished 4 of his opponents while winning the other 2 fights by decision. His last action was in July when he clashed with Bobby Green and dominated the fight winning by round 1 submission.

Featherweight Fight:
Bryce Mitchell, fighting out of the USA has fought under the institution for roughly 6 years. In this time, he has stepped into the octagon 9 times, winning 7 and losing 2 of his meetings.
The last time he fought was in December when he took on Kron Gracie and beat him by round 3 knockout.
Jean Silva is a knockout specialist from Brazil who is undefeated in the UFC after 4 fights. He possesses dangerous striking, and he has finished all 4 of his opponents.
The last time he fought was in a meeting with Melsik Baghdasaryan in February where he won by round 1 knockout, this does however mean he has not had a very long camp building up to this fight.
