JIRI PROCHAZKA v ALEX PEREIRA
Light Heavyweight Main Event:
Jiri Prochazka is a Czechoslovakian fighter who is known for his striking ability in the light heavyweight division. Since entering the UFC in 2020, he has won all three of his fights with 2 being by TKO and 1 by submission.
His most recent fight was more than a year ago, in June 2022, where he beat Glover Teixeira in a title fight via submission in round 5, taking the division belt. However, due to his lack of fighting experience in the UFC, he will enter this fight as the slight underdog.
Alex Pereira fighter is a fighter who is known for his abilities in the kickboxing field and since entering the UFC in 2021 he has won five of his six fights with his only loss being in a title fight against Israel Adesanya, where he lost by KO in round 2 at UFC 287.
Pereira took on Jan Blochowicz in his most recent fight, which took place in July this year where the fight went the distance with Pereira winning by split decision. Due to Pereira’s top-class form in the UFC so far, he looks set to enter the Octagon this weekend as a marginal favourite.

SERGEI PAVLOVICH v TOM ASPINALL
Heavyweight Bout:
Sergei Pavlovich is a Russian fighter who is well known for his powerful striking and since entering the UFC in 2018 with a debut loss, he has turned things around winning all 6 of his fights by KO/TKO., including wins over Tai Tuivasa and Derrick Lewis.
His most recent fight took place in April this year, where he picked up around 1 TKO win over Curtis Blaydes. Although he enters the Octagon with dangerous stopping power, he will be seen as the dark horse in the betting markets.
Tom Aspinall is an English fighter who is well known for his heavy hitting as well as his grappling skills. Since entering the UFC in 2020 he has won 6 out of his 7 fights, with 5 of these 6 winning fights ending in round 1. His only loss was against Curtis Blaydes, where he got KO’d in the first 15 seconds of the fight.
His most recent fight was against Marcin Tybura in July this year, where he won by TKO in round 1 and as a result of his performances in the UFC so far, he is the favourite for this fight.

Pavlovich (1/1)
Aspinall (17/20)
PREDICTION:
I believe that Pavlovic will land some big early blows to Aspinall and catch him with a big hit later in the fight, winning by KO in round 3.
JESSICA ANDRADE v MACKENZIE DERN
Women’s Strawweight Bout:
Jessica Andrade is a well-known striker and a real veteran in the UFC after making her debut 10 years ago in 2013. As of late she has been on shaky form, losing all 3 of her last 3 fights. Her most recent fight ended in a submission loss to Tatiana Suarez in round 2, when they met in August this year and as the underdog for this fight, she is in need of an upset win to keep her career alive.
Mackenzie Dern is known for her talent when it comes to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and she also has a reasonable amount of experience in the UFC. She has won 3 of her last 5 fights. Her most recent fight ending in a decision win over Angela Hill in May this year. Dern will be deemed the favourite for this bout, and she will be hungry for a win to keep her career on an upward curve.
