LUKE MICHAEL vs JP KRUGER
Middleweight Title Fight:
Luke “Young Gun” Michael is a fighter from Johannesburg who entered the EFC in 2014. He is known for his dangerous grappling and submission game and is deceptively strong. He has won 6 of his 10 fights since his debut, with 4 losses. He currently holds the division belt, and his most recent fight was against Pupanga Tresor in 2022, where he won by TKO in round 1. Michael returns to the ring after a lengthy injury layoff during which time he has been 100% focused on his rehabilitation and preparation for this bout.
Michael who is sponsored by World Sports Betting will enter the fight as the underdog on this occasion mainly as a result of the long gap between fights.
JP “Tinkerbell” Kruger is a fighter from Gauteng who has been in the EFC for 12 years. During this time he has fought 10 times, winning 8 and losing 2 of his fights. He currently sits on a 2- fight win streak and his last fight was against Conrad Seabi where he won by submission in round 1 at EFC 103, last year.
Kruger who has also had injury problems over the years is known for his wrestling abilities and due to his current form, he will enter the fight as the favourite on the night.
In 2012 JP explains the Tinkerbell nickname
“Why should every fighter have this breeker image?” asks Kruger. “I’m happy with a fighting name that captures the lighter side of life. Like my coach says, first my opponents feel the tinkle, then they hear the bell.”

IGEU KABESA vs KALEKA KABANDA
Lightweight Title Fight:
Igeu Kabesa is a fighter from Sunninghill, Johannesburg who is known for his wrestling and jiu-jitsu abilities and he has fought 19 times since his debut in 2013, winning 17 of his fights and losing just 2. His last fight was against Reinaldo Ekson where he won by decision at EFC 110 in December last year.
He will enter this fight as a comfortable favourite due to his career record and him being on a 5-fight win streak.
Kaleka Kabanda, fighting out of Cape Town is a well-known grappler and he holds a EFC record of 6-6-0 with around 9 years of professional experience to his name. His most recent fight was in November 2022 where he beat JT Botha by submission in round 2 resulting in him sitting on a 2-fight winning streak.
Due to his last fight being so long ago and his career record in the EFC he will enter the fight as the underdog on this occasion.

Kabesa 1/10
Kabanda 5/1
PREDICTION:
Kabesa to shake off the rust in round 1 and to win by round 2 submission.
SHADRACK NSUA vs ISAAC MULUH
Middleweight Fight:
Shadrack Nsua is fighting out of Port Elizabeth, and he is known for his all round MMA abilities and stamina. His most recent fight was against Stefan Pretorius where he won the bout by decision making his EFC record 3-0-0.
He will enter the fight as the firm favourite across the betting markets and he is expected to get the job done.
Isaac Muhul is a fighter from Cameroon who has heavy hitting hands and good wrestling skills, he has fought 2 times in the EFC, winning both bouts and his most recent fight ended in a round 2 submission win over Rodrigue Divina last year.
He will enter this fight as the underdog due to being the slightly less experienced fighter.

Nsua 5/10
Muluh 14/10
PREDICTION:
This has the potential to be the fight of the night and I expect both men to come out firing. An upset is certainly not out of the question but I am looking for Nsua to win inside the distance.
SUGGESTED BETS:
Michael vs Kruger
Michael by decision at 13/2 (for the more conservative punter Michael to win at 13/10)
Kabesa vs Kabanda
Kabesa is too short to back for the straight win and I will back him to win by Finish or DQ at 6/10. This is one to throw into multiples.
Nsua vs Muluh
Nsua by Finish or DQ at 17/10
