NKAZIMULO ZULU vs. GIFT WALKER
Flyweight Title Fight:
Nkazimulo Zulu is South African fighter from Johannesburg, he has been in the EFC setup since 2013 meaning he has ample MMA experience. Although he is known as an explosive finisher, he has been in shaky form lately, losing 1, winning 1 and drawing 1 of his 3 most recent fights. His most recent fight ended in a round 4 rear naked choke win over Musa Sethwape at EFC 105.
Gift Walker is a South African fighter from Springs, and he is known for his clean striking and his grappling abilities. He made his debut at EFC 89, and he has won all 5 of his professional fights so far. His most recent fight was against Terrence Balelo at EFC 107 where he won by rear naked choke in round 2. He will be looking to continue this winning streak in the hope of some bigger paydays.
The betting on this fight currently sits at exactly even with both fighters priced at 1.85 for the win.

Zulu 1.85
Walker 1.85
PREDICTION:
I believe Walker will maintain his form and pick up another round 2 submission win.
NERIK SIMOES vs. JEAN JACQUES LUBAYA
Featherweight Fight:
Nerik Simoes is a South African fighter who is known to be extremely tough and a talented grappler, he entered the EFC in 2017 and he has had multiple fights since then. He hasn’t been on great form in the EFC as of late, losing 2 and winning 1 of his last 3 fights. His most recent fight was abroad in the UAE Warriors organisation where he beat Steven Goncalves by submission in round 1.
Jean Jacques Lubaya is a fighter from the Congo who will be making his EFC debut on Thursday, he possesses heavy hitting hands, and he is also known for his impressive stamina. Prior to this he has fought in many other institutes, winning all 8 of his professional fights with his most recent fight being against Chukwuemerie Okoli where he won by submission in round 1.
Due to Simoes being more experienced he will enter the fight as the betting favourite.

Lubaya 2.70
PREDICTION:

Featherweight Fight:
Adrian Sanchez is a South African fighter who made his debut at EFC worldwide 78 in 2019 where he won by ground and pound, he has won 2 and lost 2 of his most recent fights, with his last 1 ending in a split decision loss to Sizwe Mnikathi at EFC 109 last year.
Tapiwa Katikati is a South African fighter from Durban, he has fought 5 times in the EFC and after starting his career strong, winning his first 5 fights, his form has flipped and he has lost his 3 most recent fights with the latest being a majority decision loss to Steven Goncalves at EFC 110.
The betting odds in this fight are also split straight down the middle with both fighters priced at 1.85.
