The UEFA Champions League action continues on Wednesday night, and we take a look at four fixtures from a betting perspective.

ARSENAL vs BAYERN MUNICH
Arsenal come into this match in superb form and sit 2nd on the table with 12 points from their four games. They are yet to concede a goal in the competition and have looked extremely organised at the back while scoring freely in their two home fixtures, winning 4-0 and 2-0 in London.
Their most recent outing saw them beat Slavia Prague 3-0 away from home.
Bayern Munich have had a flawless start with 12 points from their four matches and lead the standings on goal difference. Their attack has been electric, putting 14 goals past opponents while conceding only 3.
Their last result came in a 2-1 victory away at PSG where they showed their overall threat once again.

The teams last met in the 2023/24 UCL where Bayern won 1-0 at home following a 2-2 draw in London a week earlier.

Verdict
Both sides arrive with perfect records, but Arsenal have been outstanding defensively and strong at home. On the other hand, Bayern offer more attacking firepower making this tight and I am expecting goals at both ends.

ATLETICO MADRID vs INTER MILANO
Atletico Madrid sit 17th with six points after a mixed campaign of two wins and two defeats. They have been good at home, winning both fixtures in Spain while scoring 8 goals in those games and letting just 2 past the keeper.
Their latest performance was a 3-1 win over Royale Union SG when they met earlier this month.
Inter Milano are in outstanding form and hold a record of 12 points from four matches, currently in 3rd on the table. They have conceded only once in the competition and that arrived after a 2-1 home win over Kairat Almaty where they were strong favourites.
Their away displays have also been commanding, winning 2-0 and 4-0 on the road against Ajax and Royale Union SG.
Head-to-Head
The sides last clashed during a club friendly which was held in October, the match was competitive throughout but it was Atletico Madrid who snuck away with a 2-1 triumph.

Verdict
Atletico’s home form gives them a chance, but Inter’s defensive strength and balanced attack make them difficult to oppose. I believe this will be a tight game that Inter will edge.

LIVERPOOL vs PSV
Liverpool sit 8th with nine points after winning three of their four fixtures. Their home form has been superb, with victories over Real Madrid and Atletico, scoring four goals across their two Anfield fixtures.
They last beat Real Madrid 1-0 in a controlled display as slight favourites heading into the match.
PSV find themselves 18th with five points from their four games of which they have won one, drawn two and lost the other. Their attacking play has been inconsistent, but they did put six past Napoli at home last month.
In terms of away matchups, they have earned just two points and hold an even goal difference after both games concluded 1-1 with the most recent being against Olympiacos Piraeus.

The teams met in January this year where PSV beat Liverpool 3-2 in Eindhoven.

Verdict
Liverpool should dominate on home soil, and PSV’s defensive fragility away from home makes this a tough assignment. I believe this will be a strong Liverpool showing with a clean sheet victory.

PSG vs TOTTENHAM
PSG sit 5th in the standings with nine points after three wins and a narrow defeat. They’ve scored 14 goals so far, including a 4-0 home win over Atalanta and a 2-1 victory away at Barcelona.
Their attack remains one of the most threatening in the competition, despite Bayern edging them 2-1 at home a few weeks ago.
Tottenham hold 10th spot with eight points coming from two wins and two draws. Spurs have been resilient on defence, keeping clean sheets in three matches and most recently beat Copenhagen 4-0 at home.
However, their away form has been patchy with draws to Monaco and against Bodo/Glimt.

Their latest meeting was in the 2025 UEFA Super Cup where PSG won 3-2 in a high scoring battle.

Verdict
PSG’s attacking quality should shine through at home, although Spurs have enough pace on the counter to trouble them. I am backing PSG to get the job done in a high scoring game.
