FC Copenhagen v Manchester City – Click here to bet
Manchester City put in a strong performance in the first leg, winning 3-1 away from home. Copenhagen will have to win the match by 2 goals to take it to penalties or win by more than 2 goals to go through.
FC Copenhagen managed to secure their spot in the round of 16 by finishing 2nd in their group behind Bayern Munich winning 2, drawing 2 and losing 2 matches. During their 6 matches, they scored 8 goals while also conceding 8 goals.
Manchester City cruised through their group stages, winning all 6 matches for the first time in their history. Only 12 other teams have ever accomplished this feat. Premier League top scorer Erling Haaland netted 5 goals in the group stages and will no doubt be sniffing around for more.
City are favourites to win at 1.15, while FC Copenhagen are trading at 17.00. Man City have scored 3 goals in their last 5 Champions League matches and look set to continue that trend.
Suggested Bet: Manchester City to score over 2.5 goals at 1.65 looks worth throwing into multiples while I will take over 3.5 goals at 2.60
Real Madrid v RB Leipzig– Click here to bet
Real Madrid host RB Leipzig with a 1-0 lead from the first leg and Leipzig have the daunting task of having to force the pace to get back into the tie.
RB Leipzig finished 2nd in their group behind a dominant Manchester City. They won 4 out of 6 matches in the group stages, their 2 losses came against City home and away. They managed to score 12 goals in the group stages while conceding 10.
Real Madrid were the second club to complete the impressive feat of winning all 6-group stage matches this season. They managed to beat Napoli, Braga, and Union Berlin, home and away. They scored 16 goals while only conceding 7 goals.
Madrid are favourites to win at 1.57, while RB Leipzig are trading at 5.50. RB Leipzig have a huge task at hand, but Madrid should be too strong for them and I am backing them to win by more than a goal.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Real Madrid -1.5 at 2.40
