TS GALAXY
TS Galaxy have got off to a strong start this season, they are undefeated after their opening 2 games. They hosted newcomers, Cape Town Spurs in their opening fixture where they required an 86th minute own goal to get the 3 points. They were then away to Chippa United where they played out a goalless draw.
KAIZER CHIEFS
Kaizer Chiefs fans are once again concerned by the slow start to their season with just 1 point from their opening 2 games. That came in their opening match against Chippa United where they drew 0-0 and they then went down 2-1 away at Sundowns where it looked like they had rescued a point with an 84th minute equaliser only for Sundowns to grab the winner in the 90th minute.
Chiefs were also in action in the MTN 8 Cup this past weekend where they travelled to Cape Town City and came away with a 2-1 victory. Cape Town City took the lead in the 21st minute only for Chiefs to equalise in the 36th before the AmaKhosi grabbed the winner in injury time.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
These sides have met 6 times in the Premier League and amazingly 5 of those have ended in draws, 4 of them goalless draws while the other game, three seasons back, was a 1-0 away win to Kaizer Chiefs.

VERDICT
Under 2.5 goal backers would have collected in 5 of the 6 head to head matches and there has been only 1 goal in the 3 games that TS Galaxy have hosted. It is no surprise to see under 2.5 goals trading at 5/10 and although I can’t bring myself to take that short price, I also can’t justify taking over 2.5 goals at 16/10. I am tempted by the goalless draw at 6/1, but on this game I am going to take the more conservative route and simply back the draw at just shy of 2/1.
Suggested Bet: The draw at 39/20
