Fiorentina have also had a relatively poor recent record, only managing to win one of their past five games, with three draws and one loss. They are in 8th position on the table with 43 points from 28 matches. Their recent away record has also been poor, with two draws and three losses in their last five matches and their last away game was a goalless draw at Torino.
Despite Atalanta seeing a drop off in form, the home ground advantage should be a significant factor this weekend, allowing them to secure the three points and avenge the 3-2 loss at Fiorentina earlier in the season. Atalanta won this fixture 1-0 last season.
