GIRONA v ALAVES – Click here to bet
Girona have been the surprise package of the LaLiga and they currently sit 2nd on the log, 1 point behind Real Madrid, but with a game in hand.
They have only lost 1 match all season and they have won 4 of their last 5 games and 7 of their last 8. Last time out they shocked Barcelona 4-2 on the road, a game where they were on offer at 5/1 prior to kick-off. Girona have taken 10 points from a possible 12 of their last 4 matches played at home.
Alaves are currently 13th on the log with just 2 victories in their last 10 starts. They lost 1-0 at home to Las Palmas last time out and on the road this season they have yet to win in 8 matches.
11 of the 16 Girona matches have delivered profits for over 2.5 goal backers this season, but only 4 of the 16 Alaves matches have reached the 3 goal mark.
Everybody is expecting Girona to stumble, but I don’t think it is going to be against Alaves and I am backing them to win by more than a goal.

SERIE A

Atalanta are currently 8th on the Serie A log and got their first win in 4 matches last time out when they beat AC Milan 3-2 at home. At home this season Atalanta have played 7 matches winning 4, drawing 1 and losing 2. They have scored 12 goals in those 7 games while conceding just 6.
Salernitana are currently bottom of the log with just 8 points from their 15 matches. They have only had 1 victory and that came 3 starts back at home to Lazio. Since then they have lost 3-0 away to Fiorentina and 2-1 at home to Bologna. In 7 away matches this season they have only picked up 2 points scoring just 4 goals while conceding 14.
Last season Atalanta won this fixture 8-2 and the season before that it finished 1-1.
Atalanta are the firm favourites here and I can’t look past a comfortable victory and will once again turn to the handicap markets.
