Salernitana were away to AS Roma in their opening game. They were priced as rank outsiders at 13/2, but gave a good account of themselves, Salernitana took the lead in the 49th minute only for Roma to score the equalizer in the 82nd.
Udinese’s season got off to a poor start when they hosted Juventus who were priced at just over even money to beat them. Those who backed the visitors were never in doubt as Juventus ran in 3-0 victors with all 3 goals coming in the first-half and the first goal as early as the 2nd minute.
Salernitana won this fixture 3-2 last season and the sides drew 0-0 at Udinese.
Udinese’s defence is a real concern for me and I think that Salernitana will bag 3 valuable home points.

Cagliari v Inter Milan – Click here to bet
Cagliari were away to Torino in their opening game and the match finished goalless. Draw backers could have got 28/10 that each team would walk away with a point.
Inter, as mentioned in the betting update, are favourites to win the Title and they got off to a solid start with a 2-0 home win over Monza, a game where they were priced by the bookies as 4/10 favourites. It was a typical business-like performance from Inter taking the lead in the 8th minute through Lautaro Martinez who also scored the 2nd goal in the 76th minute.
With Cagliari having been promoted this season these sides didn’t meet in the 2022/23 season with Inter doing comfortable doubles the season before that when Cagliari got relegated, winning this fixture 3-1 and betting them 4-0 at home.
Inter are short favourites here at 40/85 with Cagliari on offer at 6/1 and the draw at 15/4 and I am expecting another and I am expecting another routine win for Inter Milan and I will back them to win this one by more than a goal.
