Round 2 of Serie A takes place this weekend and we take a look at 4 of the games from a betting angle.
Inter Milan are the 37/20 favourites to win Serie A at the time of writing. Napoli are next in the betting at 11/4 with Juventus 3/1, AC Milan 33/10 and you can get 14/1 and better the balance.

SATURDAY
AC Milan v Torino – Click here to bet
AC Milan were 11/10 to pick up 3 points away to Bologna in Week 1 and they justified the market confidence with 2 first-half goals for a 2-0 victory.
Torino were 6/10 shots to get 3 points when hosting Cagliari Calcio last weekend, but they turned in a disappointing display and there were no goals in the game.
You have to be careful when betting on pure stats, but I cannot resist this one. Torino have not scored in their last 7 League matches at AC Milan and given their trouble in front of goals last week I am happy to take just under even money that they draw another blank.
Suggested Bet: Torino goals under 0.5 at 19/20
Verona v AS Roma – Click here to bet
Verona were 9/4 underdogs away to Empoli last weekend, but after a goalless first-half they scored in the 75th minute for 3 valuable away points.
Roma opened their account with a point at home to Salernitana, but given they started 5/10 to win the game it was a disappointing outcome for a team that is now priced at 14/1 to win the Title.
Roma did the double over Verona last season including a 3-1 win in this fixture.
Based on last week’s result I think Verona can get a point here.
Suggested Bet: The draw at 5/2

SUNDAY
Lazio v Genoa – Click here to bet
Lazio were away to Lecce in Round 1 and they were 12/10 favourites to get 3 points on the road. The betting proved to be off the mark though and despite taking the lead in the 26th minute they lost to late goals from Lecce in the 85th and 87th minutes.
Genoa were 9/4 underdogs at home to Fiorentina in their opening game and this time the betting proved spot on as Genoa lost 4-1. They were 3 goals down by half-time and their 58th minute strike was nothing more than a consolation. Lazio are 4/7 favourites to win the game against a promoted Genoa, but I am going to take a more aggressive line and back the home team to win by more than a goal, something they achieved in both matches when these sides played two seasons back.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Lazio -1.5 goals at 16/10
Napoli v Sassuolo – Click here to bet
Napoli were short priced 11/20 favourites to get the job done away to Frosinone in Week 1 and despite conceding an early lead to a penalty in the 7th minute they never looked in doubt storming back to win 3-1.
Sassuolo were at home to Atalanta in their opener where they started underdogs and although they held their opponents for over 80 minutes, strikes in the 83rd and 93rd minutes from Atalanta saw them lose 2-0.
Napoli have scored 10 goals in their last 2 home meetings against Sassuolo and I am going to back them to score at least 3 in this match.
Suggested Bet: Napoli Totals over 2.5 goals at 1/1
