Stellies have been on superb form this season in the league, currently sitting in 4th place overall, with 4 wins, 3 draws and a single loss.
That loss came in their opening game of the season against Golden Arrows and since then they have put together a 7 match unbeaten run.
Their two most recent matches have both been postponed CAF Confederation Cup action and their last league match was against Orlando Pirates on the road where they got a 1-0 victory against the previously unbeaten Pirates who were 1.60 favourites.
Mamelodi Sundowns have carried on as usual this season and they have been firing on attack and defence, currently holding an aggregate goal difference of 18 scored and 4 conceded. They are top of the table ahead of Pirates on goal difference.
Sundowns have only played two away matches in the league to date and after winning the first 2-1 against Kaizer Chiefs, they took on Polokwane City on opposition soil and lost 1-0 back in late October.
They were unable to participate in their latest fixture due to it being postponed, which means their last action was two and a half weeks ago when they took on Sekhukhune at home and dominated 3-0. They have been in CAF Champions League action and on Sunday beat Raja Casablanca 1-0 at home.
Goals
Only 1 of the 8 Stellenbosch games have reached the 3 goal mark with 5 of the 8 Sundowns games delivering profits for over 2.5 goal backers.
Head-to-Head
The last action between both sides was in the MTN 8 Cup where they played across two legs. The first match played on Sundown’s home turf was clinched 1-0 by Stellenbosch and a few days later they followed suit, winning 1-0 at home.
Sundowns did the double over Stellenbosch in the league last season winning 1-0 on the road and 3-1 at home.

Verdict
I think that despite Stellenbosch being on good form, Sundowns have shown they have their number in the league and I cannot resist the 2.00 being offered on an away win by the bookies.
Bet: Sundowns win at 2.00
Looking at some of the other markets on offer over 2.5 goals is trading at 5/4, both teams to score is 19/10 and Sundowns to win with over 1.5 goals in the match is 2.55
