MAMELODI SUNDOWNS v ROYAL AM – Click here to bet
Sundowns have had a perfect start to this season of the Premiership, and they are in 2nd on the table after winning all 3 of their matches so far and racking up 9 points.
Their first match took place just over a month ago where they beat SuperSport 2-0 at home, they then played Marumo Gallants in front of a home crowd at Loftus and dominated the match, with a final score of 4-1.
Their most recent game took place on the 28th of September where they played Kaizer Chiefs away from home. Chiefs gave them a solid run but when the final whistle blew it was Sundowns who claimed a 2-1 victory.
Royal AM have had a relatively uneventful season so far, and they have played 4 matches and drawn all of them, only scoring in 1 game, which leaves them in 9th position on the table.
Royal AM started their campaign with a 1-1 draw to Cape Town City on home turf, they then went on to face SuperSport away from home in a match that ended with no goals scored from either side. Their 3rd game saw them go head-to-head with Richards Bay in yet another encounter that ended 0-0.
Their last game was on the 28th of September where they took on Magesi on the road and the game ended in a draw without the ball finding the back of the net.
Head-to-Head
These sides met in last season of the Premiership, where Sundowns were the better side on both occasions, winning the first clash on home ground 1-0, they then went on to beat Royal AM 2-0 away from home later in the season.
VERDICT
I believe that Sundowns will be too strong justifying the 1.33 favouritism and I will back them to win by more than a goal.
BET: Handicap Sundowns -1.5 at 2.00

CHIPPA UNITED v STELLENBOSCH – Click here to bet
Chippa United have had a decent start to the competition, they have won 2, lost 1 and drawn 1 match, which puts them in 4th spot.
Chippa’s opening match of the season resulted in a 2-1 loss to Orlando Pirates away from home, they then found their form on their own turf to beat Richards Bay 1-0. Their 3rd match was a game against Sekhukhune where both sides scored once, drawing the match 1-1.
Their last game was on the 29th of September at their home stadium where they picked up a 2-1 win over TS Galaxy.
Stellenbosch are in 8th on the log after not having the start they envisioned and they have won 1, drawn 1 and lost 1 of their matches.
They had a poorfirst match at home, losing 2-0 to the Golden Arrows who were heavy underdogs. They then put up a dominant display against Cape Town City in front of a home crowd to win the match 3-0.
Their most recent match was held on the 29th of September where they took on Polokwane City away from home and drew the match 1-1.
Head-to-Head
These sides met twice last season and both games ended in a draw, the first was a 0-0 result on Chippa’s home turf, the second match was held in Stellenbosch where both sides scored but neither side could score a winner before the game ended.
VERDICT
I believe that this will be a well contested match-up between these sides and there will be goals scored by both sides, with the game ending in a draw.
BET: Draw at 3.30
