Premiership action continues on Tuesday the 4th of February and we look closely at 2 of the matches offering a betting suggestion in each.
Let’s look at the Outright Betting before we begin. Mamelodi Sundowns are the favourites to lift the trophy trading at 1.14, Orlando Pirates trail them at 5.50 and Polokwane City are priced at 51.00 to win the league.

KAIZER CHIEFS vs AMAZULU – Click here to bet
Kaizer Chiefs have not had the season they would’ve hoped for despite them sitting in 5th after 15 matches.
They have been solid in terms of home form, winning 4, drawing 1 and losing 2 of their 7 games played.
The last time they took to the pitch was against Orlando Pirates on Saturday in a match that resulted in a 1-0 loss courtesy of an injury time penalty to their Soweto rivals.
AmaZulu have had a tough season and they are back in 9th after 15 fixtures of which they have won 6, drawn 1 and lost 8.
They have been inconsistent away from home winning 3 matches while losing 4 with an aggregate goal difference of 7 for and 7 against.
Their most recent clash was on Saturday where they overcame SuperSport United at home to win 2-1 in a game they started as the slight underdogs.
Head-to-Head
These sides have met twice in the last year and a bit, with the first match in May 2024 ending in a 1-1 draw. The second match was played this season in September when AmaZulu hosted Chiefs, losing 3-1.
Verdict
Chiefs were unlucky to lose the Soweto Derby and I fancy them to make amends against an Amazulu team that does its best work at home.
Chiefs are 1.80 for the win and I am going to add to the price by adding that we get at least 2 goals in the game.
BET: Result and Totals – Kaizer Chiefs Over 1.5 Goals Yes at 2.50

RICHARDS BAY vs MARUMO GALLANTS – Click here to bet
Richards Bay have had a terrible losing 9, drawing 4 and winning just 2 of their 15 matches.
Their home form has not been pretty, and they have a goal difference of 2 for and 7 against after 7 matches.
They met with Magesi on home soil late last week and although they were heavy favourites at 1.90, they drew the match without a goal being scored by either team.
Marumo Gallants are still amongst the back end of the log after 14 matches and with very few wins under their belt they are in 13th overall, 1 position ahead of Richards Bay.
They have seen a slight rise in form recently, remaining undefeated in their last 3 matches with 2 draws and 1 win.
Their most recent fixture against Royal AM scheduled for Saturday was cancelled and prior to that they took on Chippa United on the road in a game that ended 2-2 on the 18th of January.
Head-to-Head
These sides met earlier on in the season on the 4th of January in a match hosted by Marumo Gallants which ended 0-0. Prior to this they met twice in the 2022/2023 season with the first match ending in a draw and the second match was won 2-0 by Richards Bay on opposition turf.
Verdict
I believe that just like the previous matches between these sides it will be a low scoring encounter which I think will go the way of Marumo Gallants.
BET: Result and Both Teams to Score – Marumo Gallants and No at 5.50
