AmaZulu come into this encounter sitting 5th on the table with 30 points from 17 matches. They have recorded nine wins, three draws and five defeats, scoring 19 goals while conceding 16. Their home form has been competitive although they did suffer a 2-0 defeat to Orlando Pirates in their most recent outing.
Prior to that loss, they secured a 1-0 away victory over Marumo Gallants and a 3-2 home win against TS Galaxy.
Mamelodi Sundowns occupy 2nd place with 35 points from 16 matches, 3 points behind leaders Pirates but with a game in hand. They have managed ten wins, five draws and just one defeat, finding the net 26 times while letting only 8 goals in at the back.
Sundowns are in excellent form and recently claimed an impressive 2-1 away win over title rivals Orlando Pirates, following a 2-0 victory over Sekhukhune and a 2-0 home success against Orbit College.
Head-to-Head:
Earlier this season Sundowns secured a 2-0 home win, and they have consistently kept clean sheets in this fixture in recent campaigns.
Odds: AmaZulu 6.25 | Draw 3.75 | Mamelodi Sundowns 1.61
Verdict:
Sundowns have dominated this fixture historically and arrive in superior form. AmaZulu are competitive at home but have struggled against the league’s elite sides. With Sundowns boasting one of the best defensive records in the division, I am backing the visitors to secure another professional victory while restricting AmaZulu.

Kaizer Chiefs vs Stellenbosch – click here to bet
Kaizer Chiefs find themselves 4th on the table with 30 points from 15 matches. They have picked up eight wins, six draws and just one defeat, scoring just 15 goals but letting just 6 slip past their defensive line.
Chiefs are unbeaten in their last four league matches, most recently claiming 1-0 wins over Marumo Gallants and Golden Arrows, alongside draws against TS Galaxy and Chippa United before that.
Stellenbosch sit 13th overall on 16 points from 16 fixtures. They have claimed four wins, four draws and settled for eight defeats, currently possessing a goal difference of -7.
Despite their struggles to climb the table they recently picked up a 1-0 win away to Sekhukhune and defeated Orbit College 2-1 but they also lost 2-1 to Polokwane at home and their latest fixture ended in a 1-1 stalemate with Magesi.
Head-to-Head:
The last time these sides clashed was in the Nedbank Cup earlier this year where Stellenbosch earned a narrow 2-1 victory on home soil. Before this they met in the Carling Knockout Cup 2025 and Stellenbosch picked up a 1-0 win at home. It is worth noting that Kaizer Chiefs have won their last two league meetings without conceding.
Odds: Kaizer Chiefs 1.87 | Draw 3.25 | Stellenbosch 4.75
Verdict:
Chiefs have been extremely difficult to break down this season and possess the greater quality across the pitch. Stellenbosch have shown improvement but remain vulnerable defensively. With home advantage and momentum on their side, I believe Kaizer Chiefs will continue their strong run and will stay in the title race.
Bet: Kaizer Chiefs to Win at 1.87
