The Premiership action continues on Saturday the 24th of January with two fixtures on the schedule. Orbit College host Chippa United, while Sekhukhune United welcome title chasing Orlando Pirates. We take a closer look at both encounters from a betting angle.

Orbit College come into this clash sitting 14th on the table with 13 points from 15 matches after a difficult first half of the campaign. They have won four, drawn once and lost ten so far, scoring 12 goals while conceding 27.
Their recent form has been poor, with defeats to Durban City, Stellenbosch and Kaizer Chiefs in four of their last five outings and their most recent result saw them lose 2-0 to Mamelodi Sundowns on the road.
Chippa United currently find themselves bottom of the table in 16th place with just nine points from 15 matches. They have won only once all season, drawing six and losing eight, while netting 7 goals and letting 21 past the keeper.
They have battled to get into the winning column lately with three goalless draws against Kaizer Chiefs, Siwelele and Magesi with 2-0 and 3-0 defeats to Orlando Pirates and AmaZulu, underlining their ongoing struggles in front of goal.
Head-to-Head:
The only recent meeting between these sides came earlier this season in September, where Chippa United claimed a 2-1 home victory.
Odds: Orbit College 2.50 | Draw 2.80 | Chippa United 3.40
Verdict:
Both sides are struggling near the foot of the table, but Orbit College’s slightly stronger home form and greater attacking output give them a narrow edge. With both teams lacking confidence, I believe this is likely to be a tight and low-scoring encounter.
Bet: Result and Totals – Draw and Under 2.5 Goals at 3.15

Sekhukhune United vs Orlando Pirates – click here to bet
Sekhukhune United sit 4th on the table with 25 points from 14 matches and remain firmly in the title conversation. They have won seven matches this season while conceding just eight goals, which reflects their stability in front of their own goal.
In recent weeks they have picked up a 1-0 away win over Magesi and a 1-1 draw against Marumo Gallants, although they were beaten 1-0 at home by Stellenbosch in midweek.
Orlando Pirates are enjoying a strong campaign and sit 2nd on the table with 28 points from 12 matches. They have won nine of their fixtures and conceded just five goals, making them one of the most consistent sides in the league.
Their recent performances have been impressive, with wins over Chippa United, Golden Arrows and Polokwane City, alongside a hard-fought 1-1 draw away to Mamelodi Sundowns. They have not played a game this year but their last match in November concluded in a 2-0 victory over Durban City away from home.
Head-to-Head:
Sekhukhune have won two of the last three meetings, including a 1-0 away victory over Pirates in August and another 1-0 win in April last season. The most recent Pirates triumph came in February last year when they edged the contest 2-1 on opposition soil.
Odds: Sekhukhune 4.75 | Draw 3.15 | Orlando Pirates 1.93
Verdict:
Sekhukhune’s defensive organisation and strong record against Pirates make this a tricky assignment for the visitors. However, I believe Orlando Pirates’ superior run of form and consistency this season should see them edge a closely contested match.
Bet: Orlando Pirates to Win at 1.93
