Alaves were away to Cadiz in Week 1 of LaLiga and they were priced at 28/10 underdogs for the game. The betting proved spot on with Cadiz scoring in the 7th minute and then holding on for a 1-0 victory.
Sevilla were at home in their opening match against Valencia and they started as 9/10 favourites, but those who backed them were left empty handed as they were beaten 2-1 with all 3 goals coming in the second-half and Valencia getting the winner in the 88th minute.
Sevilla were in action in the Super Cup against Manchester City on Wednesday night and lost on penalties after the game had finished 1-1 after 90 minutes.
Both matches between these sides were drawn last season with this fixture finishing goalless. Sevilla are favourite for this game at 29/20 with Alaves on offer at 22/10. Personally though I think this could be the 3rd successive draw between the sides.

Granada CF v Rayo Vallecano – Click here to bet
Granada had a tough task on opening day away to Atlético Madrid and bookies priced them as 9/1 to cause an upset. They went behind in injury time of the first-half, but did equalise in the 62nd minute only for Atlético Madrid to draw clear with goals in the 67th and 98th minutes.
Rayo Vallecano started just under 2/1 to beat Almeria on the road in Week 1 and they duly delivered for those that backed them with two goals in the first-half both via penalties.
This fixture finished 2-2 last season with Rayo Vallecano winning the reverse fixture 4-0 at home. Vallecano have now won 3 of their last 4 matches against Granada and from what I saw last week I think they have every chance of taking another 3 points from this one.
