The LaLiga continues this weekend and we select 4 of the matches to have a bet in.
Real Madrid are the current La Liga favourites at 15/20 ahead of their great rivals Barcelona who are quoted at 7/4, Atlético Madrid are 17/2 and you can get 50/1 on any of the balance.
There are plenty of other long-term markets including Top Goal Scorer where Robert Lewandowski is trading as t 4/7 favourite and there is also betting on The Top 4 and Bottom 3 as well as “Betting without Real Madrid and Barcelona” where Atlético Madrid are trading as 4/6 favourites.

FRIDAY
Valencia v Las Palmas – Click here to bet
Valencia had a disappointing 2022/23 season finishing 16th on the log, but things look brighter for them this season and they opened their campaign with a 2-1 victory at Sevilla away, a game where they were priced at 33/10 underdogs.
Las Palmas were promoted to La Liga after finishing 2nd in La Liga 2 last season, 3 points behind winners Granada and ahead of Levante on goal difference with Levante having to take part in the playoff. Las Palmas started 16/10 favourites to beat Mallorca in their opening game last week and the match finished 1-1.
There is no meaningful recent head-to-head form between these sides.
I was impressed by Valencia last week and I am going to back them to go 2 from 2.
Suggested Bet: Valencia win at 8/10

SATURDAY
Almeria v Real Madrid – Click here to bet
Almeria finished 17th on the table last season, narrowly avoiding relegation. They got their campaign off to a poor start last week when hosting Rayo Vallecano when they went down to 2 first-half goals.
Real Madrid finished 2nd in La Liga last season, 10 points behind Barcelona, but as pointed out in the Outright Betting update they are favourites to win the title this season. They were priced at 12/10 to beat Athletic Bilbao last week and delivered for their fans with a 2-0 result.
Real Madrid should be too strong here and I am backing them to win by more than a goal.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Real Madrid -1.5 goals at 11/10
SUNDAY
FC Barcelona vs Cadiz FC – Click here to bet
Barcelona were runaway winners of La Liga last season, but they got their new campaign off to a slow start when they could only draw 0-0 away at Getafe last week, a game where they started 11/20 favourites.
Cadiz finished last season 14th on the table, just 2 points above the relegation zone. They started at 13/10 favourites last week at home to Alaves, their 7th-minute goal was enough to see them home 1-0.
Barcelona did the double over Cadiz last season scoring 6 goals without reply. Still, Cadiz did stun Barcelona 1-0 away from home the season before and backers of Cadiz would have got 16/1 that day.
Barcelona should be too strong here, but I don’t fancy any bets on my regular market so I will go for Correct Score 3-0 prediction.
Suggested Bet: Correct Score, 3-0 at 11/2
Real Betis vs Atlético Madrid – Click here to bet
Real Betis finished 6th on the table last season, a finishing position that saw them qualify for the Europa League Group Stage. They were 7/2 underdogs away to Villarreal in Week 1 and they stunned their hosts with a 95th minute winner.
Atlético Madrid finished 3rd on the table last season, just 1 point behind 2nd placed Real Madrid. They were 1/3 favourites at home against Granada CF last week and a 98th-minute strike saw them home 3-1.
Atlético Madrid have won their last 4 League matches against Real Betis and I am happy to back them here at anything even money and above.
Suggested Bet: Atlético Madrid win at 21/20
