We look at three of the LaLiga matches taking place this weekend from the 9th to 11th of January and suggest a bet in each game as well as an 18.79 treble for those looking for small stakes but high return.
Let’s look at the Outright Betting (without Barcelona and Real Madrid) where Atletico Madrid are favourites at 1.71 followed by Villarreal CF at 2.00, with Real Betis Seville priced at 34.00 and you can get 67.00 and better the balance.
In the La Liga Winner betting Barcelona are 1.53 and Real Madrid 2.50 with the balance at 51.00 or better.

FRIDAY:
GETAFE vs REAL SOCIEDAD
Getafe are currently 10th on the log and have found points hard to come by in recent weeks. They played out a 1-1 home draw against Rayo Vallecano in their last outing and have managed just one win from their last five league matches.
Goals have been an issue, with Getafe only scoring 14 times this season while defensive lapses have seen them concede 23 goals overall.
Real Sociedad sit 15th on the table on 18 points and are enduring a difficult campaign by their usual standards. They managed to pull off a 1-1 home draw against Atletico Madrid during their most recent meeting but are now winless across their last five games.
While results have not followed, Sociedad have still shown attacking intent scoring 22 goals this season, but defensive errors continue to undermine their performances and they have conceded 26 goals.
Head-to-Head
This fixture has been closely contested over the years, with Getafe edging the overall record. Last season Getafe claimed a convincing 3-0 away win, after the first game was drawn 0-0.

Getafe 3.40
Draw 2.90
Real Sociedad 2.45
Verdict
Both sides are struggling for form as well as confidence and with recent meetings typically well contested, I believe another close encounter is on the cards.
BET: Draw at 2.90

SATURDAY:
GIRONA vs OSASUNA
Girona are 17th on the log but come into this clash showing slight signs of improvement. They recorded a valuable 2-1 away win over Mallorca last time they played and have now won two of their last four league matches, losing the other two.
Defensively they remain vulnerable having conceded 34 goals this season (the worst in the league), but their attacking output has improved across their last few games.
Osasuna sit 12th on the table and remain a tough side to break down. They drew 1-1 at home against Athletic Bilbao in their most recent clash and have lost just once (against Barcelona) in their last five trips to the pitch.
The visitors have battled on the road and have only taken 2 points from a possible 27 on their travels this season, scoring only 3 goals in those 9 games.
Head-to-Head
The last time these sides played each other was in the League last season where Girona put up a dominant display to win 4-0 at home, before losing the reverse leg 2-1 several months later.

Girona 2.40
Draw 3.25
Osasuna 3.15
Verdict
I think that Girona’s recent upturn in form and their strong home record against an Osasuna side that battles away from home, makes them an appealing pick at the price.
BET: Girona to win at 2.40
SUNDAY:
RAYO VALLECANO vs MALLORCA
Rayo Vallecano are 14th on the log and continue to struggle to convert opportunities into goals. They drew 1-1 at home against Getafe in their last start and have scored just once in their last four league matches.
Defensive organisation has kept them competitive but their lack of cutting edge in front of goal remains a concern going forward.
Mallorca sit just below them in 16th place and have also been unable to hold onto any sort of winning form. They went down 2-1 on home soil to Girona last time around, their only loss within their last five fixtures, 3 of which have been draws.
The side have been more productive in front of goal this season, already scoring 20 times but defensive concentration has been an issue late in games where they have often let things slip.
Head-to-Head
Mallorca hold the edge in recent meetings, though last season’s clash at this venue ended in a goalless draw. Prior to that they met in 2024 where Mallorca claimed a 1-0 triumph at home.

Rayo Vallecano 1.93
Draw 3.25
Mallorca 4.50
Verdict
With both sides struggling to score freely and recent meetings producing low goal tallies, I am expecting a low scoring affair.
BET: Total Goals – Under 1.5 Goals at 2.70
The Treble at 18.79:
For those looking for low stakes and high returns consider combining all three selections in a treble consisting of Getafe vs Real Sociedad – Draw (2.90), Girona to win (2.40) and Rayo Vallecano vs Mallorca – Under 1.5 Goals (2.70) which returns 18.79 at the time of writing.
