We take a look at three of the La Liga matches taking place this weekend and suggest a bet in each game.
Real Madrid remain firm favourites to win the La Liga Title and they are currently priced at 1/7 ahead of Girona at 15/2.

SATURDAY
Real Madrid v Girona – Click here to bet
This is without doubt the clash of the weekend as it pits top of the table Real Madrid ahead of surprise, second placed team, Girona. Real Madrid currently lead by 2 points with both sides having played 23 games.
Real Madrid’s last game was a 1-1 draw at home to Atlético Madrid and that broke a run of 6 successive matches during which they collected all 3 points.
Girona are also coming off a draw with their game at home to Real Sociedad finishing goalless. Their last away game was a 1-0 victory over Celta de Vigo and they are unbeaten on the road this season.
Girona lost 3-0 at home to Real Madrid in the reverse fixture, but they did beat them 4-2 in this fixture last season.
Real Madrid are 4/9 to win this game with the draw at 4/1 and Girona priced at 11/2. These top of the table clashes can be tight affairs and I think that under 2.5 goals is the value play here.
Suggested Bet: Under 2.5 goals at 7/4

SUNDAY
Sevilla v Atlético Madrid – Click here to bet
Sevilla are currently 15th on the table and got a much needed victory last time out beating Rayo Vallecano 2-1 on the road. Their recent home form has been disappointing and they have only taken 2 points from the last 15 they have played for and both teams have found the back of the net in the last 4 Sevilla matches.
Atlético Madrid are 4th on the log and saw a 3 match winning streak ended when they drew 1-1 away to Real Madrid last time out. It was a game where Real Madrid started 7/10 favourites so it was a good result for Atlético. They have been a bit hit and miss on the road this season taking 14 points from a possible 33.
Atlético Madrid won the reverse fixture 1-0 at home earlier in the season and they did the double over Sevilla last season winning this fixture 2-0.
Nothing jumps out in the goals markets and I am going to stick to a straight bet here, Atlético Madrid to win.
Suggested Bet: Atlético Madrid win at 11/10
Barcelona v Granada – Click here to bet
Barcelona are currently 3rd on the table, 8 points behind Real Madrid. They have won 5 out of their last 6 matches and beat Alaves 3-1 on the road last time out. They have won 9 and lost 3 of their 12 home matches this season. And are the only team not to play to a draw at home.
Granada are firmly in a relegation scrap and sit second from bottom of the table in 19th. They have only taken 1 point from the last 12 they have played for and that came last time out 1-1 at home to Las Palmas. They have yet to win on the road this season and they have only taken 1 point out of a possible 33.
Granada held Barcelona to a 2-2 draw at home earlier this season and that was the 3rd consecutive League draw between the sides.
Barcelona are predictably short at 2-1 with Granada on offer at 11/1 and the draw 6/1. Both teams to score, YES, is tempting at 9/10 as it would have arrived in the last 4 head-to-heads between the sides, but I think Barcelona are going to win this one comfortably and with the bet on Barcelona reaching the 4 goal mark .
Suggested Bet: Barcelona over 3.5 goals at 2/1
