With three groups yet to be decided for UEFA EURO 2024, we take a look at all six nations involved in Tuesday’s final qualifiers, where three will qualify for the EURO 2024 taking place this summer.
Despite three groups yet to be determined, outright markets are already in place for the European Championship. England lead as favourites with odds of 33/10, followed by France at 15/4. Other contenders are available at odds of 13/2 or higher.

GEORGIA v GREECE– Click here to bet
Georgia, currently ranked 77th in the FIFA rankings, will host Greece following a comfortable 2-0 win over Luxembourg, securing their final berth this coming Tuesday. Despite the host’s success, Luxembourg disappointed on the night compared to their impressive performances in the group stage qualifiers. Thursday’s result extends Georgia’s unbeaten home record to four matches, with three wins and one draw along the way. The Crusaders will be grateful that their EURO 2024 fate will be decided in Tbilisi, where home comforts will give them a fighting chance of qualifying for this summer’s tournament.
Greece are currently 49th in the FIFA rankings and will enter this all-important clash on the back of a 5-0 victory over Kazakhstan. With four goals registered in the first half, the outcome of the game was essentially decided by half-time, extending their unbeaten streak to three matches and taking their tally to six wins from their last four outings. The Greek team will now travel to Tbilisi knowing that Georgia is all that stands between them and qualifying for EURO 2024 this summer.
The winner of this encounter will secure qualification for Group F in the upcoming EURO 2024 tournament.
Head-To-Head
Greece has historically dominated Georgia, securing six wins out of a possible eight, while Georgia has yet to secure a victory. Their most recent encounter was in a World Cup qualifier, where Greece emerged as comfortable winners with a 2-0 victory in Batumi, Georgia, in 2021.
Georgia will have the advantage of playing at home, but Greece’s impressive record against the hosts makes them a formidable opponent. With so much at stake in this game, we can expect another closely contested encounter between these two teams. While I don’t anticipate a high-scoring match, I believe both sides are capable of finding the net. Therefore, I am leaning towards the visitors to avoid a loss, with at least two goals expected to be scored within the 90 minutes.

UKRAINE v ICELAND– Click here to bet
Ukraine overcame a resilient Bosnia & Herzegovina side this past Thursday, needing two late goals to advance to the European Championship promotional final. Trailing 1-0 just before the hour mark, the situation seemed dire. Fortunately for Ukraine, a late surge with two goals in the final five minutes of normal time secured their place, dashing the hopes and dreams of many home supporters in Zenica. Currently ranked 24th in the latest FIFA rankings, the national team will host Iceland from their adopted stadium in Poland with momentum firmly on their side, having secured four wins and one draw in their last five encounters.
Hoping to secure a place this summer in EURO 2024 for only the second time in their history, Iceland is on the brink of realizing their dreams once again. They advanced past Israel in the semi-finals with an impressive 4-1 victory. Ranked 73rd according to FIFA, Iceland will visit Poland with confidence, knowing they will have an equal footing playing against Ukraine on neutral ground. Currently on a three-game winning streak, the ‘visitors’ will not be intimidated given what’s at stake this coming Tuesday, nor will they underestimate their opposition, despite their opponents’ advantage in terms of experience.
The winner of this encounter will secure qualification for Group E in the upcoming EURO 2024 tournament.
Head-To-Head
These two nations have faced each other four times, with each team securing a win and two matches ending in draws. Their most recent encounter occurred in a World Cup qualifier back in 2017, where Iceland emerged victorious with a 2-0 win.
Ukraine are resounding favourites at 40/85 which does come as a bit of a surprise given how equally matched these two have been in the past. Matches between the pair are usually low scoring affairs given that all four meetings resulted in under 2.5 landing and with the high stakes involved, skipping the outright market by replacing it with a goal market may be the right way to go given what we know.
Recommended Bet: Totals, Under 2.5 goals at 5/6
WALES v POLAND– Click here to bet
Wales will face Poland this coming Tuesday after securing a comfortable 4-1 win over semi- finalists Finland. Currently ranked 29th in the FIFA rankings, the Welsh enter the final showdown knowing they will have a significant advantage over the Poles since this match will take place in Cardiff, where the winner will cement their place for EURO 2024 this coming summer in Germany. Having lost just once in their last sixteen Euro qualifiers at home, the Dragons have made their home a bit of a fortress, placing them in good stead heading into this massive encounter.
Poland made light work of their semi-final opponents this past Thursday, registering a comfortable 5-1 victory over Estonia. That result means they will travel to Wales this Tuesday in the hopes of qualifying for EURO 2024. Currently ranked 30th in the FIFA rankings, the White and Reds will know that more work is required if they are to overcome the final hurdle given their poor run of form on their travels. Their last five games away from home have resulted in one win and four losses, a record that is far from ideal leading up to the final where the winner takes all in Cardiff.
The winner of this encounter will secure qualification for Group D in the upcoming EURO 2024 tournament.
Head-To-Head
Poland enter this game with a healthy head-to-head record over Wales, registering just one loss and four wins in their last five meetings. Their most recent meeting took place at Cardiff in 2022 where the Poles won 1-0 in the United Nations League.
Despite past results, the Welsh have improved considerably and look a side brimming with confidence at home. Poland have shown consistency over the years when taking on Wales but there will be some concern that they have fallen a little flat on the road. Given the magnitude of the game, very little should separate these two and a chance is taken on the hosts.
Recommended Bet: Double Chance And Totals, Wales/Draw And under 2.5 at 1/1
