The group stage of the FIFA Club World Cup nears its conclusion as Groups A and B wrap up their fixtures. In Group B, Paris Saint-Germain and Botafogo are favoured to progress, while Group A remains wide open with Inter Miami, Palmeiras, Porto, and Al Ahly all still in the hunt for qualification.

Seattle Sounders have struggled defensively and are already eliminated after two losses, despite getting on the scoresheet in each match. PSG, currently on three points, need a win to be sure of a top-two finish. They beat Atletio Madrid 4-0 in their opener but lost 1-0 to Botafogo to put themselves under pressure.

Venue: Rose Bowl, Pasadena
Botafogo are on 6 points after wins over Seattle and PSG and they will want to top the group which they can go with a point. Atlético, level on points with PSG, need a win and favourable goal difference to have any chance. This could be a tightly contested affair.

Inter Miami CF vs SE Palmeiras SP
Kick-off: 24 June at 03:00 SAST
Venue: Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens
Inter Miami and Palmeiras are tied on four points and a draw will be enough for both to progress to the round of 16. Miami are coming off an impressive 2-1 win over Porto were Messi found the net in the 54th minute.

There is unlikely to be much between the sides and given a draw would put both teams through I can see action early but with both teams settling for a point and playing defensively if its level late on.

Both teams sit on one point, and only a win will give them any chance of progressing and even then they would need things to go their way in the other match. Porto may hold a slight edge in quality, but Al Ahly have shown they can compete at this level and they will be desperate to score their 1st goal of the tournament.
