Benfica were held to a 2-2 draw by Boca Juniors in their opener having come from 2 goals down to level matters, while Auckland City suffered the heaviest defeat of the tournament so far, losing 10-0 to Bayern Munich. With goal difference already a major factor, Benfica are expected to dominate this fixture.

Flamengo vs Chelsea

Venue: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia
Both teams won their openers with clean sheets—Flamengo beat Esperance 2-0 and Chelsea dispatched LAFC 2-0. This top-of-the-table clash will likely determine the group winner. Flamengo have attacking flair, but Chelsea’s depth and defensive discipline could prove decisive.

Venue: Geodis Park, Nashville
Both teams are on zero points after losing their openers 2-0. A loss here would all but end knockout hopes. LAFC will have the home support, but Esperance showed glimpses of structure against Flamengo and could be dangerous if allowed space.

Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors

Bayern Munich put down a marker in their first match, demolishing Auckland City 10-0. Boca Juniors, meanwhile, fought to a 2-2 draw with Benfica and will need to be at their absolute best to contain a Bayern side in top form.
