International football is back and we take a look at three of the European Qualifiers taking place on Thursday night and suggest a bet in each game.

Cyprus have been the whipping boys of Group A and currently sit in 5th spot without a point in 7 matches. They have only scored 2 goals in that time and have a goal difference of -23. Their last match was away at Georgia where they lost 4-0 and their last home game was a 4-0 defeat to Norway.
Spain are top of Group A level on points with Scotland with both teams having played 6 matches. Spain have won their last 4 matches beating Norway 1-0 away last time out and when these sides met in Spain it was the home team who totted up victors.
Cyprus are 50/1 for a massive upset, but I can’t see past a comfortable Spanish win and will back them to win by 4 goals or more.

GEORGIA v SCOTLAND – Click here to bet
Georgia are out of contention in Group A in 4th spot with 7 points from their 6 matches. They did win their last match 4-0 at home to Cyprus, but in the other home game they lost 7-1 to Spain and drew 1-1 to Norway.
Scotland are 2nd on the log behind Spain on goal difference and they saw their 100% record end when they lost 2-0 away to Spain last time out. Their other away games have seen them beat Cyprus 3-0 and Norway 2-1.
Georgia won’t be pushovers at home, but I think that Scotland have what it takes to get the 3 points.

SLOVAKIA v ICELAND – Click here to bet
This is a Group G clash where Slovakia are sitting 2nd, a distant 8 points behind Portugal and 6 points ahead of 4th placed Iceland. Slovakia beat Luxembourg 1-0 away in their last start and overall Slovakia matches have been low scoring with a total of 16 goals in the 8 matches.
Iceland have made a late run up the table after a slow start and they have taken 7 points from the last 9 they have played for. In their last game they beat Liechtenstein 4-0 at home, but they have only taken 3 points from a possible 9 on the road, that been a 7-0 victory over Liechtenstein who are rock bottom on the table without a point in 8 matches.
Slovakia beat Iceland 2-1 away from home and I think they are going to be too strong for the visitors here.
