This Sunday we take a look at 2 English Premier League fixtures where we suggest having a bet in each.
In the outright department, Manchester City is the favourite at 11/10, Liverpool is currently offered at 2/1, and Arsenal’s price of 3/1 indicates additional support. The remaining options are priced at 100/1 or better.

BURNLEY v BOURNEMOUTH – Click here to bet
Burnley is struggling in the English Premier League, currently 19th with seven losses in their last nine matches, including a recent 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace. Their home record is also concerning, with three losses in five games, earning only two points. They struggle to score consistently, managing only 0.5 goals in their last five home appearances at Turf Moor.
Bournemouth sits at 14th place, coming off a midweek FA Cup defeat to Leicester with a 1-0 loss in extra time. Their league performance hasn’t been convincing, with their last victory dating back to December. In away matches, they have won only once in the last five games, despite averaging 1.6 goals
Bournemouth managed to win the reverse fixture 2-1 at home this season.
Despite recent form, I believe the Cherries will have the edge in this clash due to their ability to find the net, in contrast to Burnley’s struggles. I predict an away win.
Recommended Bet: Full Time Result, Bournemouth win at 1/1
MANCHESTER CITY v MANCHESTER UNITED– Click here to bet
This Sunday we are treated to a derby spectacle in the hopes of an encounter that will match the hype.
Manchester City had a strong week with a 6-2 victory over Luton in the FA Cup, led by Haaland’s five goals and De Bruyne’s four assists. In the league, they currently hold 2nd place with an impressive record of nine wins and two draws in their last eleven matches. Their home form is robust, winning six out of seven games, with an average of 2.57 goals per game in all competitions.
Manchester United faced a setback with a 2-1 home loss to Fulham, placing them in 6th position on the table, eight points away from Champions League contention. Despite a strong away performance, their recent league form has been mixed, with three wins and two defeats in the last five matches. They enter this derby on the back of a hard-fought win over Forest in the FA Cup, requiring an 89th-minute winner from Casemiro to secure a 1-0 victory.
In the reverse fixture earlier this season, Manchester City won 3-0.
City is expected to perform well again. Manchester United, despite improvements in away games, has historically struggled against City in the league, conceding ten goals last season and already three this season. Another defeat for Manchester United seems likely, especially with the ‘Striking Viking’ returning to form.
Recommended Bet: Handicap, Manchester City -1.5 at 8/11
