With a busy schedule ahead, let’s take a look at all seven Premier League fixtures taking place this Saturday and suggest a bet for each one.
Please note that the outright markets and league positions are subject to change after this evening’s encounter between Brighton and Manchester City.
Manchester City remain favourites to successfully defend their title at 4/7. Arsenal have shortened to 16/10, with third-placed favourites drifting out to 28/1 after their loss to Everton. The rest of the field is priced at 1000/1.

WEST HAM v LIVERPOOL – Click here to bet
West Ham are currently 8th in the table and enter Saturday’s game having registered just one win in their last five EPL encounters. They lost 5-2 away to Crystal Palace in their most recent outing and will now host the Reds at home, where they’ve been solid, having only lost 3 matches out of their allotted 17 at London Stadium.
Liverpool are currently in 2nd place in the table but could drop to 3rd if Manchester City secure a positive result against Brighton on Thursday evening. Trailing league leaders Arsenal by 3 points, the Reds appear to be struggling, having only secured 2 wins in their last five EPL encounters. Their most recent match ended in a 2-0 loss against Everton away from home. Despite this, Liverpool have performed well on the road this season, winning 9 out of 17 away matches, which ranks them third in away stats for the season.
Liverpool have not been themselves lately, and this could be something the Hammers potentially expose at home. With an impressive home record and the Reds looking flat, there’s a chance for West Ham to get something out of this game.
Suggested Bet: Double Chance, West Ham or Draw at 14/10
FULHAM v CRYSTAL PALACE – Click here to bet
Fulham currently sits 13th on the log and is facing a struggle for form this month. With just one win from four EPL matches in April, the Cottagers will be eager to improve their performance this Saturday. In their most recent game, Fulham suffered a 3-1 defeat away at Anfield. Now, they will host Crystal Palace at Craven Cottage, where they have won 9 out of 17 matches overall at home.
Crystal Palace will visit Craven Cottage while sitting 14th on the log, with 3 wins and 2 losses in their last five league encounters. The Eagles secured a 2-0 victory against Newcastle United midweek and aim to finish April on a high note, aiming for their fourth consecutive win this weekend. However, Palace have only managed 4 wins from 17 away games so far this season.
A difficult one to call given how evenly matched the two teams appear to be. With the hosts currently struggling for form and recent head-to-head ending 0-0, a draw may be worthy of consideration, as Fulham will look to end their recent losing streak.
Suggested Bet: Full Time Result, Draw at 27/10
MANCHESTER UNITED v BURNLEY – Click here to bet
Manchester United are currently in 6th place on the log, trailing Tottenham Hotspur by 7 points, who currently occupy the Europa League spot in 5th. The Red Devils faced a challenging midweek encounter, but eventually secured all three points with a 4-2 win over Sheffield United. At home, Manchester United have achieved 9 wins from 16 games at Old Trafford so far.
Burnley currently sits 19th on the log, having secured only 1 win in their last 5 league encounters. However, their most recent game was a crucial 4-1 victory away to Sheffield United. Now, they face the daunting task of visiting Old Trafford, knowing their away record has been poor, with 10 losses from 17 games on the road so far.
Considering the recent high-scoring games of the visitors away from home, goals seem like a decent option here. Manchester United’s home matches have also been entertaining, with over 2.5 goals occurring in 12 out of 16 matches. I fancy both teams scoring here with United edging it in the end.
Suggested Bet: Result And Both Teams To Score, Manchester United and Yes at 31/20

NEWCASTLE UNITED v SHEFFIELD UNITED – Click here to bet
Newcastle United is currently 7th on the log, having secured 3 wins in their last 5 league appearances. However, the Magpies suffered a 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace away from home midweek. They will now aim to bounce back at home this Saturday, where they have won 11 matches out of 17 at St James’ Park this season.
Sheffield United currently occupies the bottom of the log. The Blades have struggled defensively this season, conceding 92 goals in 34 appearances so far. After suffering a 4-2 defeat to Manchester United midweek, they now face Newcastle United. Away from home, Sheffield United have only managed to secure 1 win out of 17 matches overall this season.
If Sheffield United go on to lose, they will officially be relegated, making this a crucial match for them. The hosts will aim to exploit the Blades’ vulnerabilities as they themselves seek to qualify for Europe next season. Given Sheffield United’s struggles and their urgent need for points, goals look a decent shout here.
Suggested Bet: Totals, Over 3.5 at 5/6
WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS v LUTON TOWN – Click here to bet
Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently 12th on the log and have not secured a win in their last 6 league appearances. In their midweek fixture at home against Bournemouth, they suffered a 1-0 defeat. They will have another opportunity to turn things around at Molineux Stadium on Saturday, where they will be eager to address their poor run of form. So far this season, they have won 7 out of 16 games as hosts.
Luton Town currently sits in 18th spot on the log, with just 1 point separating them from exiting the bottom 3. The Hatters visit Wolves after suffering a 5-1 defeat against Brentford, making 3 losses in their last 5 league appearances. On the road, Luton have only managed to secure 2 wins while conceding 43 goals in the process.
The visitors will be desperate for maximum points, especially with just 3 games remaining in their campaign after this encounter. Wolves have struggled of late, conceding in their last 8 games. Predicting the outcome looks tricky, so instead, a chance is taken on an exotic market with both teams finding the net.
Suggested Bet: Double Chance and Both Teams to Score, Wolverhampton Wanderers/Luton Town and Yes at 5/4
EVERTON v BRENTFORD FC – Click here to bet
Everton is currently 16th on the table and appears to be hitting form at the right moment, with 3 wins in their last 5 league games. The Toffees secured a notable 2-0 victory against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby during the week and will aim to continue their momentum, especially after registering three consecutive wins at Goodison Park. So far this season, Everton has won 6 out of 17 league appearances at home.
Brentford is currently 15th on the log and appears to have found renewed momentum in their recent performances. The Bees have secured back-to-back wins after enduring a winless drought of 9 games. They convincingly won last weekend, defeating Luton 5-1 away from home. On the road, Brentford has managed to win 4 out of 17 matches, with 2 draws and 11 resulting in away losses.
A fascinating game awaits, with the hosts finally finding some much-needed form. Brentford look safe, knowing that one more positive result should secure them another season in top-flight football. Everton emerged victorious with a 3-1 win in the reverse fixture between these two and will aim to achieve the double which should help their cause as well.
Suggested Bet: Full Time Result, Everton at 14/10
ASTON VILLA v CHELSEA – Click here to bet
Aston Villa made a bold statement by beating Arsenal at the Emirates a few weeks back and currently occupy 4th spot on the log. With plenty of work still to be done if they are to secure Champions League next season, they go into Saturday’s match having registered back-to-back wins, with their most recent being a 3-1 win over Bournemouth. At home, Villa have been solid overall, registering an impressive 12 wins from 17 games overall.
Chelsea are 9th on the table, unbeaten in 4 of their last 5 outings, having won 2, drawn 2, and lost 1. The Blues lost 5-0 in their most recent league encounter against current leaders, Arsenal at the Emirates on Tuesday and will have to travel again, this time to Villa Park. Away from home, Chelsea have managed just 5 wins from their 17 games overall on the road.
This should be an entertaining game, as both teams have been prolific in both scoring and conceding goals. With over 2.5 goals occurring in 13 out of 17 matches at Villa Park and Aston Villa averaging 2.52 goals per game at home, there’s a chance for the hosts to score 2 goals or more. This is particularly favourable considering that Chelsea have conceded 2 or more goals in 62.5% of their away games this season (10 out of 16).
Suggested Bet: Aston Villa Totals, Over 1.5 at 8/11
