NEWCASTLE v CHELSEA – Click here to bet
Newcastle are currently 7th on the log, but were stunned last time out when they lost 2-0 away to Bournemouth. Their last home game was a 1-0 victory over Arsenal and overall at home this season they have taken 15 points from a possible 18.
Chelsea are 10th on the log and have only lost 1 of their last 6 matches. They drew 4-4 to Manchester City in their last game and prior to that beat Tottenham 4-1 on the road. They have one of the better away records in the League with 3 wins and a draw in 5 matches and they have won their last 3 away games in succession.
Newcastle are 15/10 for the win with the draw 26/10 and Chelsea 18/10. Over 2.5 goals is trading at 5/6 and given recent Chelsea games that is tempting with 7 of the last 8 head-to-head meetings in the League having delivered profits for under 2.5 goal backers.
Chelsea have all the momentum at the moment and I am going to go for an away win here.
Suggested Bet: Chelsea win at 18/10

NOTTINGHAM FOREST v BRIGHTON – Click here to bet
Nottingham Forest are currently 14th on the log and they are coming off a 3-2 away defeat to West Ham. Their last home game was a 2-0 victory against Aston Villa, a game where they started 3/1 underdogs. Nottingham are undefeated at home this season with 2 wins and 3 draws in their 5 games.
Brighton are 8th on the log despite not having won in their last 6 matches. They have drawn their last 3 games 1-1 including their last match against Sheffield United at home and their last away game against Everton.
Nottingham are 2/1 for the win with Brighton priced at 5/4 and the draw at 11/4. If you are a punter who enjoys the stats all 12 of Brighton’s games have seen both teams find the back of the net. The 8/13 on offer is not going to tempt me and instead, I am going to back this run to end at a price of 13/10.
Suggested Bet: Both teams to score, NO, at 13/10
BURNLEY v WEST HAM – Click here to bet
Burnley are currently bottom of the log with just 1 win in their last 12 matches. They have lost their last 5 games in succession, last time out going down 3-1 away to Arsenal. They have lost all 6 of their home matches this season.
West Ham are 9th on the log and stopped a 3 match losing streak when they beat Nottingham 3-2 at home last time out. They have won 2 and drawn 1 of their 6 away matches this season, but they have lost their last 3 games on their travels.
West Ham looked to have emerged from their slump and I am happy to take 1/1 that they get 3 away points.
Suggested Bet: West Ham win at 1/1
SHEFFIELD UNITED v BOURNEMOUTH – Click here to bet
Sheffield United are currently 18th on the log, but 4 of their 5 points earned have come in their last 2 matches, a 1-1 draw at Brighton and a 2-1 home win over Wolves.
Bournemouth are 16th on the log having won 2 of their last 3 games and last time out they beat Newcastle 2-0 at home. Their last away game was a 6-1 hammering at Manchester City and they have only taken 1 point from their travels this season and have the worst away record in the League.
It is hard to ignore the quality of Bournemouth’s last scalp and I think they can pick up 3 valuable points on the road.
Suggested Bet: Bournemouth win at 5/4
