There are 6 English Premier League matches taking place on Saturday and we take a look at them from a betting angle.
Manchester City are now 15/10 favourites to win the English Premier League ahead of Arsenal at 7/4 with Liverpool moving from favourites down to 9/4 on the back of their away draw with Manchester United.

Newcastle v Tottenham – Click here to bet
Newcastle are currently 8th on the log and they have had 3 wins, a draw and 1 loss in their last 5 starts. They beat Fulham 1-0 on the road last time out and they have only lost 3 times in 16 home matches this season.
Tottenham are 4th on the log and have exactly the same record as Newcastle over the last 5 matches. Their last game was at home to Nottingham where they won 3-1 and they have only lost 3 matches on the road this season, although they have only won 1 of their last 5 away matches.
4 out of the last 5 head-to-heads have had 5 goals or more in them and I am going to back 3.5 goals here at a price which reflects the history of this fixture.
Suggested Bet: Over 3.5 goals at 9/10
Brentford v Sheffield United – Click here to bet
Brentford are 15th on the table and without a victory in their last 9 starts and they have drawn their last 3 games. They face Sheffield United who are bottom of the log and who have also only won 1 of their last 10 starts.
Sheffield United won the reverse fixture 1-0 and they are 6-1 for an upset win with Brentford trading at 4/9. Sheffield United have been leaking goals badly and although Brentford are off form, I think they can score a few in this one.
Suggested Bet: Brentford over 2.5 goals at 13/10

Burnley v Brighton – Click here to bet
Burnley are second from bottom of the table in 19th spot and they have only won 1 of their last 10 matches, but they are undefeated in their last 2 home games.
Brighton are 10th on the log with just 1 win in their last 5 starts and their last match was a 3-0 home loss to Arsenal and they have taken 4 points from a possible 15 in their last 5 away matches.
Burnley held Brighton to a 1-1 draw away from home in the reverse fixture and they haven’t lost in their last 5 meetings against Brighton. They are a desperate side and I think they can get a valuable 3 points here.
Suggested Bet: Burnley win at 12/5
Manchester City v Luton Town – Click here to bet
Manchester City are 3rd on the log, 1 point behind leaders, Arsenal and Liverpool with all 3 sides having played 31 games. City beat Palace 4-2 on the road in their last start and their last home game was a 4-1 win over Villa.
Luton are currently in the final relegation spot, sitting in 18th on the log and they got a much needed 3 points last time out when they beat Bournemouth 2-1 at home to break a 10 match streak without a victory.
City only edged Luton 2-1 away in the reverse fixture, but with Luton’s defence leaking goals against opposition I am expecting City to ram at least 4 goals into the back of the net.
Suggested Bet: Manchester City Totals over 3.5 goals at 23/20
Nottingham Forest v Wolves – Click here to bet
Nottingham are currently 17th on the log having had 4 points deducted by the Federation. They lost 3-1 away to Tottenham last time out and their last 4 games have seen both teams find the back of the net.
Wolves are 11th on the log, but have been in erratic form with 3 losses, a draw and a win in their last 5. Both teams have found the back of the net in 3 of the last 4 Wolves games.
Forest are the 12/10 favourites for the win with Wolves priced at 23/10 and the draw at 5/2.
This is a crucial game for both sides and the last three head-to-heads in the League all finished with 2 goals or less in them.
Suggested Bet: Under 2.5 goals at 1/1
Bournemouth v Manchester United – Click here to bet
Bournemouth are currently 12th on the log and they saw a 5 match unbeaten run ended last time out when they went down 2-1 away to Luton, a game where they started 19/20 favourites. Their home form has been excellent off late and they have won 3 in a row in front of their own fans.
Manchester United are 6th on the log with just 1 win in their last 5 games. They got a creditable 2-2 draw at home to Liverpool last time out and 3 of their last 5 games have had at least 4 goals in them.
Bournemouth stunned Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford earlier this season and last season United won this fixture 1-0.
Bournemouth are marginal favourites for the game at 29/20 with the draw 29/10 and Manchester United 33/20. United have been inconsistent, but I fancy them to edge this game and I am going to back them to win by exactly 1 goal.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Manchester United -1, the draw at 15/4.
