NEWCASTLE v NOTTINGHAM – click here to bet
Newcastle have slipped to 7th on the table after losing 3 of their last 4 matches. They went down 1-0 away to Luton last time out but they have only lost once at home in 9 matches this season.
Nottingham are 17th on the log and are without a win in their last 17 games. They went down 3-2 at home to Bournemouth last time out and only won once on the road this season.
Newcastle are 8/15 for the win and while their current form must be a concern for their fans, I am expecting them to bounce back with a big home win.
Suggested Bet: Handicap Newcastle -1.5 at 11/8
BURNLEY v LIVERPOOL – click here to bet
Burnley are second from bottom of the table with just 3 wins in 18 starts. 2 of those wins have come in their last 5 games though, including last time out when they beat Fulham 2-0 away. They have the worst home record in the league with only 3 points from 9 matches.
Liverpool are 2nd on the table with just 1 loss in their 18 matches, however they are coming off back-to-back draws at home to Arsenal and Manchester United. Liverpool have tasted defeat just once on the road this season and they have won their last 2 matches against Crystal Palace and Sheffield United.
Liverpool ae short price favourites at 4/10 and they managed to score at least 3 goals in 3 of their last 4 away matches against Burnley.
Suggested Bet: Liverpool total goals at 2.5 at 11/10
MANCHESTER UNITED v ASTON VILLA– click here to bet
Manchester United are currently the 8th on the log with just 1 win in their last 5 games. They are coming off a 2-0 defeat to West Ham and their last home game was a shock, 3-0 loss to Bournemouth. They have won 5 and lost 4 of their 9 home matches this season.
Aston Villa are currently 3rd on the log but saw their 100% home record ended, somewhat surprisingly, by Sheffield United last time out with the sides drawing 1-1. On the road they have played 9 games, winning 4, drawing 2 and losing 3, and they have taken 7 points from the last 9 they have played for away from home.
Manchester United won this fixture 1-0 last season and I just have a feeling that Villa could be heading into a wobbly spell after a great run.
Suggested Bet: Manchester United win at 16/10
