As match week three approaches, we will look at the betting options for the six games being played on Saturday the 26th of August.
After the second round of games, there have been no major changes to the outright betting with Man City top of the betting boards at 13/20, followed by Arsenal at 9/2 and Liverpool at 17/20.

Bournemouth v Tottenham – Click here to bet
Bournemouth’s start to the season hasn’t gone as planned, having only garnered one point in their first two matches. That came from a draw against West Ham in their opening home game, followed by a 3-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield
Tottenham started their season with a draw against Brentford and then managed to take an impressive 2-0 win over Manchester United at home.
Given their strong start to the season and the big win over United, Tottenham come into this game with confidence high and they should be able to take the win despite being away from home.
In their last two meetings there has been a total of five goals scored in both games, so a high scoring could be on the cards.
Suggested Bet: Totals goals over 3.5 at 29/20

Brentford v Crystal Palace – Click here to bet
Brentford started their season on a good note, securing a draw against tough opponents, Tottenham and they followed that up with a convincing 3-0 win over Fulham away from home.
Crystal Palace started strong with a 1-0 win over Sheffield United away from home, but then lost 1-0 at home to a strong Arsenal side.
The last four times these teams have met in the Premier League, the game has ended in a draw and with both teams looking in decent form, I like the chances of another draw.
Suggested Bet: The Draw at 5/2
Arsenal v Fulham – Click here to bet
The Gunners are 3rd on the table after opening wins at home to Nottingham Forest and away to Crystal Place, both by 1 goal margins.
Fulham have 3 points from a possible 6 and after a 1-0 away win at Everton they went down 0-3 at home to Brentford in their last start.
Arsenal did the double over Fulham last season and this fixture finished 2-1 and I am looking for them to ease past Fulham scoring at least 3 goals in the process.
Suggested Bet: Arsenal Goals over 2.5 at 17/20
Manchester United v Nottingham Forest – Click here to bet
Manchester United were favourites to beat Tottenham on the road in their last start but they went down 2-0. In week 1 they were pushed hard by Wolves at Old Trafford holding on for a 1-0 win.
Nottingham Forest on the other hand started their season with tough opponents, Arsenal, away from home, where they suffered a 2-1 loss. They did however manage to win their second game of their campaign with a 2-1 victory against Sheffield United at home.
Home ground advantage and the fact that United have won both of their last two games against Nottingham should see them taking the three points. In the last two games Nottingham have not managed to score against United and I am looking for another clean sheet.
Suggested Bet: Manchester United to keep a clean sheet at 21/20
Everton v Wolves – Click here to bet
Everton have started badly, losing both of their first games, with one of those being a convincing 4-0 defeat against Aston Villa.
Similarly, Wolves have also lost their first two games of their campaign, also suffering a big loss, 4-1 against Brighton at home last weekend.
With both teams struggling, this game will most likely be a very close contes and I think the draw is the play here.
Suggested Bet: The game to be a draw at 23/10
Brighton v West Ham – Click here to bet
Brighton had a very successful 2022/23 season last season and have started this one on a very similar note. They have won both of their opening games 4-1 against Luton and Wolves. These two wins have put Brighton at the top of the table going into the third round of the Premier league.
West Ham started their campaign with a 1-1 draw to Bournemouth away from home, followed by a big 3-1 win over Chelsea in their meeting last week.
West Ham will find the going tough on the road despite their confidence being high after the Chelsea win. Brighton have scored 4 goals in each of their 1st 2 games and I am betting they get at least 3 here.
Suggested Bet: Brighton to score over 2.5 goals at 14/10
