FRIDAY
MUNSTER vs LEINSTER – Click here to bet
Munster have battled for consistency which has led to them winning 4 and losing 4 games and they are 6th on the table.
They clashed with Ulster away from home in their most recent match, which was tightly contested, and, in the end, Munster were able to clinch a 22-19 win thanks to late score.
Leinster are sitting comfortably in 1st spot on the log after having an unbeaten campaign so far, winning all 8 of their fixtures, which leaves them 6 points ahead of the 2nd placed Glasgow Warriors.
Their last URC match was in round 8 where they took on Connacht in front of a home crowd and despite Leinster being up 14-0 at half-time, they let Connacht back in, with the final score being a 20-12 Leinster victory.
Head-to-Head
These sides have met three times in the URC on Munster home ground since 2022, with Leinster coming out on top of each fixture. The first was a 34-19 win, the second a nail biting 20-19 scoreline and the third and most recent clash took place roughly a year ago in a low scoring affair that ended 9-3 to the visitors.
Handicap: Munster +8.5
Verdict:
Leinster did not look at their best last week and I am predicting an upset win for a fired up Munster side.
BET: Munster win at 4.33

SATURDAY
STORMERS vs SHARKS – Click here to bet
The Stormers have had a poor run in the URC this season and they sit far back in 13th overall with 3 wins and 4 losses to their name.
They may be slowly turning things around however, and a week ago they beat the Lions 29-10 at home although it could be argued they should have won by far given a 1st half Lions red card.
The Sharks have picked up 5 wins with just 2 losses across their 7 fixtures played which puts them in 4th on the log, one spot behind the Bulls.
They met with the Bulls on home soil in round 8 where the match was extremely competitive and in the end the Sharks did enough to get it done, winning 20-17 despite a host of injuries and some late changes to the team.
Head-to-Head
In terms of this specific Tournament, these teams have gone head-to-head three times since 2022 in Cape Town. The Stormers have been unbeaten in that time, with the first match ending 20-10, the second concluded with a scoreline of 29-23 and the most recent match, played in December last year resulted in a narrow 16-15 win for the Stormers.
Handicap: Stormers -5.5
Verdict:
Both teams are going through an injury crisis and team selection could influence the markets. That being said I feel the Sharks are playing the better rugby and can get an away win.
I am going to back them to beat the handicap.
BET: Sharks +5.5 at 1.85
