ULSTER v CARDIFF – Click here to bet
Ulster are currently filling the final playoff position and sit 8th on the table with 7 wins and 6 defeats. They were hammered in the Challenge Cup last weekend losing 53-14 away at Clermont and their last action in the URC was a 13-7 away defeat to the Stormers. Their last two home games in this competition saw them beat the Dragons by 23 points and Connacht by 1.
Cardiff are currently 12th on the log and they lost their last 5 URC matches going down 20-15 away at Munster in their last start.
When these sides last met in Cardiff last season, Ulster came out on top 42-20 and last time Ulster hosted in 2022 it was a 48-12 win to the host.
Ulster will be battered and bruised on the back of that Clermont hiding and I am backing a fresh Cardiff team to get the handicap here.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Cardiff +9.5 at 19/20

GLASGOW WARRIORS v SHARKS – Click here to bet
Glasgow currently sit 2nd on the table, 5 points behind Leinster and they have won 10 and lost 3 of their URC matches. Their last action was in the Champions Cup where they lost 28-24 at Harlequins in the Round of 16 and they have won their last 4 URC matches including hammering Scarlets 45-3 on the road at the end of March.
The Sharks have moved up to 13th on the table after back-to-back wins at home to Edinburgh and Ulster in the URC. Their most recent action though was last week when they beat Edinburgh 36-30 in the Challenge Cup quarter-finals. Their last away game was in the Tournament when they lost 40-10 to the Lions in early March.
These sides haven’t met since 2022 when the Sharks beat Glasgow 40-12 at home and the year before that it was Glasgow who won 35-24 when hosting.
With the Sharks focus now very much on the Challenge Cup, Glasgow should win this one comfortably and I am backing them to get off to a fast start.
Suggested Bet: First-Half Handicap, Glasgow -8.5 at 10/11
