BLUES v FIJIAN DRUA – Click here to bet
The Blues finished 4th on the log last season and then won their quarter-final 41-12 at home against the Waratahs. They were expected to give the Crusaders a good run for their money in the semi-final at Christchurch but were hammered 52-15 by the eventual Champions.
The Fijian Drua finished 7th on the log and that qualified them for a quarter-final in Christchurch where they found the Crusaders too strong going down 49-8. The Drua struggled on the road all season, but were very tough to beat at home.
The Blues beat the Drua 30-14 away from home last season and the last time they met with the Blues hosting it finished 35-18.
This Blues side look to have plenty of tries in them and I am betting that they get 6 or more.
Suggested Bet: Blues tries over 5.5 at 8/10

HIGHLANDERS v MOANA PASIFIKA – Click here to bet
The Highlanders narrowly missed the quarter-finals last year when they finished 9th on the table with 5 victories and 9 defeats. Although they are underdogs to win the title there is some optimism coming out of the Highlanders camp and pre-season form suggests they can improve this season.
Moana Pasifika finished bottom of the log with just 1 victory in their 14 matches. That victory came in their final match of the season when they beat the Waratahs 33-24 on the road.
The Highlanders beat Moana Pasifika 46-17 last season and 30-17 the season before.
The Highlanders have been well backed on the handicap this week and I am backing them to score plenty of points.
Suggested Bet: Highlanders, Total Points over 36.5 at 10/11
REDS v WARATAHS – Click here to bet
The Reds scraped into the playoff finishing 8th last season with 5 victories and 9 defeats. They were away to the Chiefs in the quarter-finals where they put up a brave fight before going down 29-20.
The Waratahs finished 6th on the log last season with 6 victories and 8 defeats. They were away to the Blues in the quarter-finals, but were well beaten 41-12.
The Waratahs beat the Reds 32-24 in this fixture last season.
I am expecting a really close match and the handicap and total points line (which is 48.5) look well set. I am going to bet that neither team wins the game by more than 6 points using the tribet, “any other result” option.
Suggested Bet: Tribet, any other result at 16/10
