There is a full house of 6 Super rugby matches taking place this weekend and we take a look at each of them from a betting angle.
The Chiefs remain firm favourites to win the Super Rugby title and they are currently priced at 21/20 with the Blues at 28/10, you can get 3/1 Crusaders and 10/1 and better the balance.

FRIDAY
Chiefs v Reds – Click here to bet
This game takes place in New Plymouth and not Hamilton and indications are that we will have good weather.
The Chiefs are currently top of the log with a 100% win rate after 10 matches. They were too strong last week for the Highlanders away winning 52-28 and their last home game was a 10 point win over the Crusaders.
The Reds are currently 7th on the log with 4 wins and 6 losses in their opening 10 matches. Last week they were at home to the Waratahs where they lost 24-32.
Handicap: Chiefs -21.5
I think the handicap is well set in this game, but it looks like a match where the points could flow and I am going for 64 points or more in the game.
Suggested Bet: Handicap over 62.5 points at 10/11
Western Force v Fijian Drua – Click here to bet
The Western Force are 11th on the table with just 3 wins in their opening 10 matches. They were away to the Crusaders last week where they were never in the running, going down 48-13, but they have been strong at home this season where they have beaten the Highlanders, Mauna Pasifika and the Rebels.
The Fijian Drua are up to 8th on the log after taking another big New Zealand scalp on home turf last weekend. They had previously seen off the Crusaders early in the Tournament and last week beat the Hurricanes 27-24 and they showed character in conceding a lead, but coming back to win the game.
Handicap: Western Force -1.5
Conditions look like being good in Perth and given the way the Drua love to play I think we are going to have another high scoring encounter.
Suggested Bet: Over 58.5 points at 9/10

SATURDAY
Hurricanes v Moana Pasifika – Click here to bet
Hurricanes are 5th on the log and they face Moana Pasifika who are bottom of the table and still without a win in their opening 10 matches.
The Hurricanes were shocked in Fiji last week going down 27-24 and their last home game was a hard fought 32-27 win over the Brumbies.
Pasifika put up a brave fight away to the Blues last week to find the mid 20’s handicap to lose by a point.
Handicap: Hurricanes -25.5
Pasifika have had a couple of narrow defeats this season, but I think they may be running into an angry Hurricanes side and I am taking the home side to beat the Handicap.
Suggested Bet: The Hurricanes -25.5 at 10/11
Crusaders v Blues – Click here to bet
This is without doubt the clash of the weekend and pits 4th placed Crusaders against the 3rd placed Blues. Both teams have won 7 of their 10 matches.
The Crusaders were too strong for the Force last week winning 48-13 at home and they also beat the Blues in Auckland back in Week 4 by 34-28.
The Blues were given a real scare by Moana Pasifika last week winning 31-30 at home and their last away game against New Zealand opposition was a 13-20 defeat by the Chiefs.
Handicap: Crusaders -6.5
The Crusaders have not been that convincing this season and I am expecting the Blues to stay within the score here.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Blues +6.5 at 10/11
Waratahs v Rebels – Click here to bet
The Waratahs are 6th on the log and they face the Rebels currently sitting in 9th and with time running out to secure your spot in the playoffs, both teams will be desperate for the win.
The Waratahs were great value last week for a 32-24 away win against the Reds. A week before that they edged the Highlanders 21-20 at home with a late score.
The Rebels were beaten by 7 points by the Brumbies at home last week. Their last away game was a tense win against Moana Pasifika.
The Rebels hosted the Waratahs back in Week 3 winning 34-27.
Handicap: Waratahs -7.5
It is not my biggest fancy of the weekend, but I think the Waratahs will have too much at home for the Rebels and can build on last week’s victory over the Reds.
Suggested Bet: Waratahs -7.5 at 10/11
SUNDAY
Brumbies v Highlanders – Click here to bet
The Brumbies are 2nd on the log with just 2 defeats in their opening 10 matches and they face a Highlanders side that is sitting 10th with just 3 wins from 10 starts this season.
The Brumbies overcame a stern test in Melbourne last week beating the Rebels 33-26 on the road having narrowly lost to the Hurricanes away the week before. Their last home game was against the Fijian Drua where they ran out comfortable 43-28 victors.
The Highlanders were beaten by 24 points by the Chiefs at home last week and their last away game was in Sydney where the Waratahs edged them 21-20.
Handicap: Brumbies -10.5
The Brumbies look the business for me this season and I am taking them to beat the handicap.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Brumbies -7.5 at 19/20
