The Sharks will take on Gloucester at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday night in what promises to be a thrilling Challenge Cup Final. We take a look at the game from a betting angle.
SHARKS
The Sharks booked their spot in the last 4 with an impressive 32-31 come-from-behind victory over Clermont at the Stoop in early May. They had previously seen off Edinburgh 36-30 at home in the quarter-finals and in the Round of 16 they were too strong for Zebre, winning 47-3.
The Sharks last two matches have been at home in the URC where they went down 25-24 to Benetton and 36-14 to Cardiff, but in both cases they would have had their eye on this final against Gloucester.
GLOUCESTER
Gloucester were at home to Benetton in their semi-final, winning 40-23, although the game hung in the balance at times. They also hosted the quarter-final against Ospreys winning 23-13 and edged Castres 30-25 at home in their Round of 16 match.
Gloucester are coming off a convincing 54-14 victory over Newcastle in the Gallagher Premiership, although the week before that they were hammered 90-0 away at Northampton.
There is no head-to-head form between these sides.

Although this is a final, I think we are in for quite an entertaining and potentially high scoring game and will bet that we get 49 points or more in the match, a result which would have arrived in all 3 of the Sharks knock-out matches and in 2 of the 3 Gloucester knock-out games.
