South Africa are coming off the back of two successful wins in Australia. The first match in Brisbane ended 7-33 while the second match ended 12-30 in Perth.
New Zealand are coming off the back of one win and one defeat against Argentina at home. The first match ended 30-38 to Argentina in Wellington but New Zealand dominated in Auckland winning 42-10.
Head-to-Head
In what is largely considered the greatest rugby rivalry, South Africa currently have the upper hand winning 3 of the last 5 matches between the two sides.
The last time New Zealand travelled to South Africa in the Rugby Championship was in 2022 and they won in Johannesburg 23-35 running away with what had been a tight game in the last few minutes.
Betting
South Africa are favourites to win the match and are trading at 1.44 while New Zealand are trading at 3.40.
Handicap: New Zealand [+6.5]
New Zealand have won 7 out of the last 10 matches between the two sides in South Africa and I think they are a tempting price to beat a South African side testing a few young players and with injury concerns at lock.

Argentina v Australia – Click here to bet
Argentina are coming off the back of a brilliant first test in New Zealand where they won 30-38 followed by a less than impressive performance losing the second test 42-10.
Australia hosted South Africa for two consecutive weeks without getting a win. The first match ended 7-33 and the second one ended 12-30.
Head-to-Head
Australia have won 3 of the last 5 fixtures between the two sides, however, Argentina have won the two most recent games. The last time the two sides met was in the Rugby Championships last year where Argentina won 31-34 away from home.
Betting
Argentina are favourites to win the match and are trading at 1.40 while Australia are trading at 3.50.
Handicap: Argentina [-7.5]
Despite the big loss at Eden Park Argentina will go into the match full of confidence and I am backing to beat a struggling Australia side by 8 points or more.
BET: Handicap, Argentina [-7.5] at 1.95.
