Saturday sees two massive international fixtures take place as England host South Africa followed by France against New Zealand. We will look at these two matches from a betting angle.
Last week the Southern Hemisphere went 4-0 against the Six Nations teams and the North will be doing everything in their power to halt that trend.

England hosted Australia last weekend where in a brilliant match of rugby Australia stole the game at the death with the final score 37-42 to the visitors. This was Englands fourth loss in a row, however, it must be considered that three of those matches were against New Zealand.
South Africa were not at their best last weekend against Scotland but despite a creaking lineout they still managed to come away with a 15-32 win showing why the Rugby Championship winners are the top ranked team in the world at the moment.
Head-to-Head
England and South Africa have played each other five times over the last five years with South Africa winning three of the matches while England have won the other two. The most recent fixture between the two sides was in last year’s Rugby World Cup semi-final where South Africa managed to win 15-16.
Betting and Verdict
The World number One South Africa are favorites to win the match and are trading at 1.35 while England are trading at 3.70 and the draw 23.00.
Handicap: South Africa [-7.5]
South Africa have been on a solid run of form and with fresh legs this weekend should be able to comfortably beat England.
BET: Handicap, South Africa [-7.5] at 1.95.

France v New Zealand – Click here to bet
This is a rematch of last year’s Rugby World Cup opener.
France put in a solid performance against Japan last weekend winning the match 52-12 but they will know that the All Blacks will be a very different proposition.
New Zealand had a match to remember against new rivals Ireland last weekend as they ran away with the match winning 13-23, despite starting 5 point underdogs with the bookies.
They have now won their last five matches in a row and seem to be turning the corner under their new coaching team.
Head-to-Head
France have won the most recent two fixtures between the two sides with New Zealand winning the three before that. Last year’s Rugby World Cup opener saw France beat New Zealand 27-13 at home.
Betting and Verdict
France are favorites to win the match and are trading at 1.83 while the bookies have New Zealand at 2.25 and the draw at 23.00.
Handicap: France [-1.5]
It looks like head coach Scott Robertson has got New Zealand on the right track after a poor start to this year’s Rugby Championship, their momentum should be enough to beat France this weekend.
BET: New Zealand to win at 2.25.
