England v Australia – Click here to bet
England are looking to bounce back after their loss against New Zealand last weekend where the match ended 22-24. They had the opportunity to winit at the death, but the right hand upright denied them the win from a penalty and a poorly executed drop goal brough the match to a close. England have now only won one of their last five matches.
Australia had a disappointing Rugby Championship only winning 1 match and they will be looking to kick start the Joe Schmidt era now that he has had some time in the role. .
Head-to-Head
The two sides last played in 2022 where England travelled to Australia for a three-match tour. Australia won the first match, but England took the series winning the next two matches with the last fixture ending 17-21.
Betting and Verdict
England are favourites to win, trading at 1.16 while Australia are trading at 6.00 and the draw is 41.00.
I am expecting improvement from Australia and these teams seldom run away with matches against each other.
Handicap: Australia [+12.5]
BET: Handicap, Australia [+12.5] at 1.95.
Italy v Argentina – Click here to bet
Italy have only lost one out of their last six matches, which included wins against Scotland, Wales and a draw against France in France in the Six Nations.
Argentina are coming off the back of a relatively successful Rugby Championship where they manged to beat all three opponents for the 1st time in their history eventually finishing 3rd on the log.
Head-to-Head
The last time the two sides met was in 2021 in Italy where Argentina won the match 16-37 and it is probably fair to say that both teams have improved a lot since then.
Betting and Verdict
Argentina are favourites to win the match and are trading at 1.65 while Italy are trading at 2.50 and the draw is 29.00.
Italy will be keen to build on their Six Nations campaign and with Argentina missing a few players I am going for a home win.
Handicap: Argentina [-3.5]
BET: Italy to win at 2.50.

France v Japan – Click here to bet
France bring their big guns back after a diluted team drew 1-1 with Argentina and beat Uruguay, on their mid-year tour. They had won 3, drawn 1 and lost 1 of their Six Nations matches.
Japan are coming off a 64-19 beating at home to New Zealand but they welcome a few players back who were unavailable for that match due to it falling outside the International Test window.
Head-to-Head
These sides have played 5 times with France winning 4 and a draw back in 2017. The biggest winning margin was 26 points in the World Cup in 2011 and their last meeting in 2022 saw France winning 35-17 at home.
Betting and Verdict
Handicap: France -32.5
This is a big handicap but this French team should be far too strong for Eddie Jones coached Japan.
BET: Handicap, France -32.5 at 19/20
