Stormers v Sale Sharks – Click here to bet
The Stormers are coming off the back of back-to-back wins in the URC where they beat the Sharks and the Lions at home, the most recent result was 24-20 against the Sharks. They will be desperate to win this weekend after losing their first two matches in the group stages.
Sale have won three of their last five matches with their most recent result being a 36-20 loss to Gloucester last weekend. They sit 4th on the log with a win and a loss and victory here would see them into the final 4.
Head-to-Head
The two sides met in last year’s Champions Cup in Cape Town where the Stormers won the match 31-24.
Betting and Verdict
The Stormers are favourites to win and are trading at 1.36 while Sale are trading at 3.80 and the draw is at 26.00. The Stormers finished off 2024 with two strong wins and will be looking to start 2025 with a win at home.
I can see them being too strong for Sale at home and should be able to comfortably win the match.
Handicap: Stormers [-7.5]

Sharks v Stade Toulousain – Click here to bet
The Sharks have won three of their last five matches with their last result being a 24-20 loss to the Stormers away from home, however, they have won their last eight matches in a row at home. They are 4th on the log after 1 win and 1 loss in this competition.
Toulouse sit at the top of their group after two wins. In all competitions they have won three of their last five matches with a loss to Stade Rochelais coming last weekend, the match ending 22-19 to their French rivals but Toulouse were resting players for this clash.
Head-to-Head
The two sides played each other in 2023 with Toulouse hosting and winning the match, the score ending 54-20.
Betting and Verdict
Toulouse are favorites to win the match and are trading at 1.28 while the Sharks are trading at 4.50. The draw is currently trading at 26.00.
Although Toulouse are favorites to win, the Sharks extremely impressive form at home gives me reason to believe that they have the opportunity to cause an upset this weekend.
Handicap: Sharks [+9.5]
BET: Sharks to win at 4.50.
Castres v Vodacom Bulls – Click here to bet
Castres have won two of their last five matches in all competitions with their last result being a 24-19 win at home last weekend against Section Paloise. They have 4 points after 2 matches in this competition beating Munster at home in their last start.
The Bulls are coming back off three losses in a row and currently sit 5th in group 3 after two losses in the competition. They have left a number of their big players at home and indications are they are going to focus on the URC.
Head-to-Head
The two sides are yet to face each other in any competition.
Betting and Verdict
Castres are favorites to win and are trading at 1.28 while the Bulls are trading at 4.50 and the draw is currently at 26.00.
The Bulls are currently on a poor run of form and so I can see Castres taking advantage of this come Saturday in front of a home crowd.
Handicap: Castres [-9.5]
BET: Handicap, Castres [-9.5] at 1.95
